"Overbooked hotel! I had booked this hotel for a week-long ski holiday with my son, just like the year before, because I had enjoyed it so much. Now, upon arrival, I was faced with the huge disappointment that the hotel was overbooked. An alternative was arranged, but it was not what I had booked. The only positive thing about this hotel this holiday is that I had to eat there in the evening because of half-board… and my other hotel did not offer half-board. The staff, including a super sweet employee from Hungary whose name I do not know, Laki, and his wife Fotini, provided lovely, cozy, and delicious food. I am very grateful for that. Furthermore, I have no words to describe the immense disappointment and anger I felt upon receiving the news that I could not get a room after a booking made over half a year ago!!! And I was not the only one…"

"Komplekset er meget nøjagtigt og har alle bekvemmeligheder. Vi havde en lejlighed for 8 personer, men var med 6. (Der er 3 soveværelser til stede) Swimmingpool og sauna meget omsorgsfuldt og morgenmad var dejlig. Alle værelserne i lejligheden er rummelige. Som sidste vil jeg nævne den smukke udsigt, at hvert øjeblik i dag ser anderledes ud. Selvfølgelig en rådgiver."
