"I had the pleasure of staying at Tamanu on the Beach from January 6th to 12th as part of my honeymoon with my wife, and I can confidently say it was the absolute highlight of our trip. This is coming from someone who also stayed at some incredible 5-star hotels in Australia and Hamilton Island—Tamanu truly stands out. The staff were exceptional—warm, welcoming, super friendly, and always attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making our stay truly unforgettable. Their hospitality made us feel so special that leaving felt like saying goodbye to family. We stayed in the one-bedroom villa with a plunge pool and a sea view, and it was simply breathtaking. The villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and waking up to that stunning view every morning was nothing short of magical. We had absolutely no complaints about the room—it was perfect. And the food? Wow. Every dish was outstanding, crafted with so much care and flavor. Dining there was a highlight in itself. Our stay was so amazing that we wished we could extend it, but unfortunately, they were fully booked. Tamanu exceeded all our expectations, and if I could give them more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Highly, highly recommended!"

"Warick Le Legon Resort and Spa is amazing, I was lucky enough to have a villa over the water.. and it didnt disappoint. The Staf are awesome, and the facilities are very good. This is a fantastic place for everyone to stay, especially families as there is many pools of varying depths to choose from. The buffet breakfast was one of the best hotel buffets I have sene anywhere, so much to choose from and everything was hot.. rather than luke warm like many others. Thank you to everyone at Warwick Le Lagon Resort for everything. And thank you for the lovely treat I found on my bed when I came home from dinenr last night. Such a lovely surprise."

South Pacific Memories
"South Pacific Memories is a few kms outside of Port Vila set on the beach. The Beach is mostly coral but is teaming with life (mainly hermit crabs). We found the owners (Peter and Anna) to be absolutely lovely and very passionate and knowledgeable about the area especially what lives in the water. If you are a scuba diver who loves marine life then a dive there is a must. I have never seen so may Nudibranches in a single dive and the rest of the marine life comes out to put on a show. I dove with Anna and she points out the most interesting things. The rooms are large and comfortable. The food is fantastic and they are very accommodating to dietary requirements."

"My daughter and friends stayed in 2 flats at the Mariner during their med school elective and absolutely loved it, The view was great, the place was modern and clean and the staff v friendly and accommodating. It was her birthday whilst there and Elliott and his team were absolutely fantastic. They sourced local flowers, a cake and a small local present and set it up very nicely in her flat to surprise my daughter. We were in regular communication via WhatsApp and nothing was too much trouble. Being so far away I felt my daughter and her friends were in good hands over there and it was v reassuring."

"Havde en stor 4-nat på Le Life.Indkvartering var fremragende med ren udendørs Bungalow kiggede over stranden og reef.Mens vores værelse var så godt, og omfattede ting, vi havde brug for, næste gang vi vil bede om en bungalow med skærme. Restauranten havde god frisk mad og store portioner.Smuk at slappe af med en øl/vin med en indgang og en hoved.Vi prøvede forskellige genstande fra menuen; alt mad var frisk kogt af den lokale medarbejder.Alle medarbejderne var venlige. Ledelse sad med os og pegede på nogle steder for at besøge både nord og syd.Takket være Le Life, der leverede snorkeludstyr, rejste vi rundt i vores lejebil, svømmede og snorkelede.Så klam, skildpadde og stjernefisk. En stor skjoldpadde kom ind i lagunen foran vores bungalow.Hvilket udsigt at vågne op hver morgen.Havde et par massage af to lokale massører.Meget afslappende.Vi vil være tilbage!"

"The hotel is about a 40-minute drive from the city center and is not very large. It has its own beach and small pier. Guests can use canoes and SUPs for free; masks need to be rented. It's recommended to rent a car. The hotel charges 7000 VAT for a one-way trip to the city center, and 30,000 VAT for a full day's use with a driver. They don't give room keys; they say it's only for staff and guests, so there's nothing to worry about. Even our room door was difficult to close properly, so we just left it open. The food at the hotel wasn't very good. Breakfast was okay, but the penne pasta we ordered for lunch was extremely salty, and the fish burger for dinner had a bread as hard as a baguette. The pizza was okay, and the fries were good. The scenery is beautiful. We stayed for four nights, but lunch and dinner were the most inconvenient."

Vanuatu Beachfront Apartments
"After a failed attempt to visit Vanuatu earlier in the year, I finally got to stay for 4 nights at this lovely accommodation. It was close to where family members were staying but in my opinion, I was the winner. Establishment is out of Vila but set beachfront on a crescent of sand which at the time I went was almost deserted. 5 minutes walk to the jetty that will take you to Hideaway Island if you would like to spend some time there to snorkel or SCUBA. Also, buses are readily available at the jetty to take you wherever you'd like to go - supermarket or into Vila. The staff at Beachfront are amazing! Friendly, happy and always ready to help out. True hospitality. I loved my chats with them. Beachfront is a small no-frills apartment complex which is kept beautifully clean and where things work as they should. Beds and pillows are great. You have your own cooking facilities and seating area even in a studio and is a very comfortable place to stay. Push bikes can be borrowed if you'd like to cycle to the supermarket rather than take a bus but equally, you can walk. There is a bar and lovely food cooked on the premises to enjoy in your apartment or around the pool. The food is great and the home baked bread! Oh my goodness ... yum! I would definitely return and highly recommend if you are looking for a totally relaxing beach stay with no fuss but great hospitality. "

"The hotel offers a very convenient airport transfer, though you need to email them in advance to arrange it. There's also a boat available at the pier at any time to pick up guests. Most of the hotel's guests are from Australia. The beachfront rooms offer stunning sunset views, and the pool is great too."

"If you want waterfront you can’t ask for a better place. Overall we had a really wonderful stay here. Family holiday so loved the accommodation that could house a family of 5. You can swim in the water right out front but take swimming shoes! Katia and her staff are lovely. Air conditioning not in all the bedrooms so check. Loved the pool. Overall we had a really great holiday here."

"We chose the MyVanuatu package at Moso Island to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday this week and we couldn't have been happier. The secluded island authenticity of the Resort was perfect for our grown family of 6 to chill, celebrate and take in the scenery whilst being spoilt. Nothing was too much to ask and we were most appreciative of their patience and efforts to look after my kids with food allergies (thank you Chef Rodney and to Clifford who really looked after both my daughter and son- especially when it came to the amazingly delicious Bonfire buffet!) The rooms were beautiful (we had 3 villas) and all had their own quirks and special features - with the view from Room 11 deck being simply amazing. Room 5 was perfect everything and Room 3 had the plunge pool, however more private with the outdoor cement bath in amongst the plantation being a treat coming back from Embas Beach - which you simply MUST make the effort to visit. The day we left, it felt like we were leaving our family... Nunes went out of his way to sort trips for us and if any hiccups occurred with anything to do with our visit; Clifford, Sean, Amanda, Gideon, Pauline and Carina took care of us and became our island family... their giggles, smiles and 'nothing was too much to ask' attitude made our holiday. It was also a pleasure to meet Joel and Andrew, and we can't forget JIMMY! Or Milo and Midnight... The fishing charter Nunes arranged for my husband and two sons was simply brilliant and a highlight of their week (thanks to Nambas Fishing Charters) who had one of the best mornings in a while... and the resulting dinner that night by Chef was delicious - 'Chef's Kiss'! The day Island tour on Efate to visit some of the local spots was also a highlight - especially the Blue Lagoon and 83 Island Distillery. The ride with Frank was also memorable and added adventure! Even the boat rides back and forward from the islands were fun and added to the scenery. And coming back to our beds made each day by Claudia and her team... Bridgette and her massages... the cocktails, the changing dinner menu options each night, happy hour and did I mention the cocktails?? We definitely hope to be back some time soon..."
