Cozy Villa Lodge ★★★

President Lodge ★★★★

"The way dinner handled or catered as well as the break fast. We both had to ask for soap in the morning and the room service/helper was destructive."

Cosy Den B&B Luxury Guest House Style ★★★

"What a wonderful experience!! We stayed at this B&B with other friends and honestly felt like we were at home!! The warmth and kindness are its best features. Mirella and John are truly kind and helpful. The rooms are large and perfectly clean. The breakfast was plentiful, very varied, and excellent. If we ever return to that area, it will be the first place we'd like to return to!!"

Villa Stella Guest House ★★★★

"I am a regular at Villa Stella. Mostly suited for business trips, the location is central enough to access any part of Johannesburg and OR Tambo airport. The B&B is within a secure gated clean and pretty housing complex on the fringes of Edenvale. I felt 100% safe going for afternoon or early morning walks. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable, quiet and private. I have stayed in almost every one of them over the years. If you are lucky to get room number 4 the large balcony faces the pool and sunrise. Room 3 gives a great view of the sunset. Hosts Fabrizio and Dita are always on hand and serve up a great breakfast. I know they provide dinner by arrangement too. There is a fully functional kitchen in the main area if you want to do your own cooking."

Petra Lodge ★★

Augusta Villa St Pio Guest House ★★★

"Not a great experience. I prefer to have coffee and tea in the room rather than walk to the dining room to make early morning coffee. Cramped little bathroom but the bed was comfortable. Although the website offers cold and hot breakfasts, they only offered a hot-cooked breakfast which did not suit me. "

3 Liebeloft Guest House ★★★

"We were supposed to stay in another guesthouse, but due to water damage, our host Peter moved us here. He accompanied us to reception, so we had no problem checking in. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the garden is lovely. We got around by Uber; Fahrenheit restaurant nearby was recommended for dinner. Breakfast was good. The hosts aren't always there, so it's not like a hotel with a 24-hour reception. It's close to the airport, which is why we chose it."
