Et fly blev varmt velkommen, hotelkolleger var meget entusiastiske og venlige, og pigen i transportmaskinen var meget smuk ～ Og da han ankom til hotellet, modtog han også en særlig velkomstdrink ❤️ Hotellets beliggenhed i centrum af byen, værelset er rent og rent, morgenmad er særlig rig!Spille udenfor en dag tilbage til hotellet føler sig særlig helbredt og afslappet ～ Selv om du ikke gør noget, sidder stille og roligt på sofaen ved hotellets dør, og vinden er meget komfortabel og behagelig 😌 Jeg vil gerne komme tilbage, stærkt anbefales!"

"Jeg havde en helt dejlig ophold på kabanerne på Easter Island!Værten, Patricia, udgydte varme og gæstfrihed og gik ovenpå og ud for at sikre, at min erfaring ikke var noget andet end ekstraordinært. Hun tog mig op og droppede mig på lufthavnen, og hun gav fremragende anbefalinger til spisepladser og aktiviteter. Lejligheden var smuk.Bederne var behagelige, og den lille køkken var stor til at lave en kop til at starte min dag på øen. Beliggenheden er også fantastisk, da det er lige midt i hovedgaden, kun en fem minutters gang til, hvor alle mad er og havet.Bestemt ville blive igen!"

"It is a newly opened hotel, so there are not many reviews. I was quite nervous before going there. But I added the hotel butler Pablo on WhatsApp in the early stage, and sent a lot of questions to the butler, and he was able to help us solve them in time. The hotel helped arrange the car rental and one-day tour guide on the island. There was a special welcome wreath on Easter Island when we picked up at the airport, and we were surprised to receive a pendant when we left. The staff were very nice. The hotel is a little far from the center of Zhaozhen Town, but it was okay because we rented a car. The room conditions are good on the island. There is a small tropical garden and a swimming pool. I like to sit on the balcony of the room and relax."

"Warm, friendly and comfortable hotel with a relaxed peaceful atmosphere. We loved our stay here and Kenatea looked after us very well, making us feel very welcome so thank you! Location is great, very close to the airport (no flight noise) and only a 25 minute walk to the centre of town and lots of restaurants, local shops etc along the way. Just wish we could have stayed longer"

"My wife and I stayed at this hotel for four nights in July. The hotel has nine rooms, but is building more, and is composed of several buildings on a small hillside, a bar & restaurant with an adjoining pool, a reception building, and then the rooms either grouped in a couple of buildings or, like ours, a separate cabana. Our room, with en-suite shower and toilet, was well-appointed and very well kept, and was surrounded by a terrace with chairs and a table with a pleasant view of the grounds and the hills beyond. There was a small safe, though this was not fixed in place and we didn't use it. The hotel has a spa, and we had very good and reasonably priced 60 minute massage. We didn't use the pool as it is unheated and the winter weather was a little too chilly. The hotel, while not actually in Hanga Roa town, is within easy reach. The staff were mostly young, and extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. We felt very well taken care of. We were on a half board package that included all our tours. The food and drink was generally excellent, and we were able to choose which of lunch or dinner we wanted to eat in the hotel. As it turned out, nearly all our lunches were outside as we were always on tour. The only thing we can think of that would have been a significant improvement would have been for the hotel to have a separate building comprising a lobby with soft chairs and sofas and bar, rather than the existing combination of bar and restaurant in the same space, so that if you wanted just to have a drink and relax, there was nowhere to sit except at the bar or at a meal table. I want to single out our tour guide, Tito, whom the hotel had arranged for us, for particular praise. Tito was exceptionally well informed about all the sites on the island, and I think he took us to see every single one in the three days we stayed there. Additionally, and unlike many local tourist guides, he was himself well travelled and well informed about all sorts of things other than Rapa Nui. He was, in fact, trilingual, being fluent not only in Polynesian, but also in Spanish and French, having lived in France for several years. We spent almost the whole of each day with him, and it was a real pleasure."

"VARE!Denne plads er en SCAM.Betalt næsten $200 om natten i kontanter for at finde ud af, at mit værelse ikke har varmt vand, brudt lås, vindue med et hul og en dobbeltsenge i stedet for kongestorlek, jeg bookede.Lederen foretog, at det var nyheder til ham. Jeg bad om en refusion, og manageren havde pludselig ingen beviser på den betaling, jeg gjorde og lyver til bookingbureauet om hele situationen.De lyver, at jeg aldrig viste mig på ejendommen trods at jeg blev der i tre nætter. Desuden er svømmepoolen kun 5ft lang og aldrig renset.Og der er ingen rigtig kaffe til morgenmad, kun billig øjeblikkelig.Internet er ubrugelig og langsomt.Og selvfølgelig er der ingen administration på stedet, hvis du har brug for dem."

"We will be staying on Easter Island for three nights. Giving this hotel a 4.1 hinge rating . It is a little rustic but exactly what we have experienced on many of the islands across the Pacific. The facility has 53 units, half of them overlooking the ocean, with most with a Queen bed. We have a slightly bigger room (#15) with one queen and two single beds. Really like all the beds as we use one to lay stuff on. Rooms have AC and refrigerators. Unlike Santiago where they say the tap water is OK to drink, Visitors to the island should drink bottled water."

Køb af madlavning kan være ubehageligt, og resorten har ingen måltid/drikkeservice.Men rummet er stort og rent.Vi har reserveret et havudsigtsværelse lige ved siden af jacuzzien. Køkkenet i rummet har alt, hvad vi har brug for, herunder mikrobølgeovn, køleskab, plader, kopper, flaskeåbner og køleskab.Personalet er virkelig venligt og hjælpsomt."

"Vores luksusværelser blev bestilt til hotellet, og der blev givet meget slanke dobbeltværelser på gaden.Der var meget højt lyde af motorcykel om natten! Der blev bedt om ombytning, og der blev sagt, at der ikke var værelse. Hotellets swimmingpool var meget lille og ca. 5 meter lang, og fotosen var meget uoverensstemmelser. Frue er en fast stil. Og pludselig var der ingen varmt vand i badet, og jeg ville finde en tjener!"

"Very attractive building around a nice but unheated swimming pool in well kept grounds. Good sized rooms with comfortable beds. The temperature was just right so you didn’t need the AC which made for a very comfortable night. Breakfast was just about adequate. There were no pastries and very basic sliced bread. There were however decent yoghurts and eggs were cooked to order. No decaffeinated coffee. The place seems to be run almost single handedly by a very cheerful and helpful lady. This hotel is perhaps just a bit further from the town than is ideal. It’s a pleasant walk though there is a surprising amount of traffic around and there are shops and restaurants within 10 minutes walks including a garage which will change money for you, but it gets a bit wearing trekking 30 minutes to the Main Street every day. There was a sitting space outside the room overlooking the pool, which wasn’t heated but was bearable to swim in. Reception closed at 7pm which meant there were no sitting or bar facilities after that, but there are bars and shops within 10 minutes. The hotel was quite quiet, we seemed to be the only people staying on the last day which was a bit spooky. We walked to the airport for our flight! Although this hotel is nice I think I would prefer to stay somewhere more central."
