"Vi sætter pris på opsamlingen på lufthavnen og smukke blomsterhalse.Fra vores ankomst Cony har været meget sød, altid smilende og hjælpsom med os for alt, vi bad om. Hun bookede vores 3 store turer, gav os mange referencer til restauranter, butikker, caféer osv. Tak så meget Cony !!! xxx Hotellet er virkelig godt beliggende som 5 minutter fra havnen, restauranter og Moais omkring byen. Mange blomster, haver, kyllinger og grills roaming der.Buffetstedet var rent og spiser godt, men jeg savnede nogle æg.Vores værelse var fint, men kvalitetens søvn var lidt dårlig med grillerne sang-skråning fra klokken seks, nogle gange før. "Jeg havde et bagværelse, nul udsigt fra min og mere end halvdelen af værelserne, nogle havde en balkonmine ikke.Der var ingen steder at skjule sig fra solen om eftermiddagen, og der er ingen reception efter kl. 3. Værelset var rent og rummeligt, men ingen husholdning i 4 dage.Ingen flaske vand eller mad til rådighed, og den nærmeste restaurant er omkring 400m væk med enhver anden restaurant eller bekvemmelighed for selv vand over 1 km væk. Det er dejligt at blive lukket, og meget tæt på nogle Moai, men uden et køretøj er det ret isoleret, og intet at gøre på hotellet. Der er et fuldt køkken, men jeg er ikke sikker på, at de fleste vil rejse indtil videre for at få madlavning osv. og koge der, siden der ikke er noget andet end poolen og varmt rør der. Den enkelte receptionspersonale (Janis), der var der fra 7am-3pm, var meget behagelig og nyttig.Hvis du vil have et stille sted at sove, og tage hurtigt dyppe i den meget lille pool, og ikke tale med nogen, er det okay. Men hvis du ønsker en hotel- og byoplevelse, tæt på barer og restauranter, er dette ikke stedet for dig.Mere som en B&B end en hotel tbh."

"The cabins are in a great location, on the main street (very close to the airport, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, and shops). We stayed in a cabin with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living/dining room, and a kitchen. What makes it stand out is the service provided by the owners and their family, who are always concerned that our stay is pleasant. In our case, they included airport transfers, which made arrival and departure much easier."

"The host contacted me multiple times through booking, wanting to confirm our arrival flight. Since we booked it on Ctrip, we couldn't receive the message. I tried calling the hotel but no one answered. The landlord later told me that it was her home phone number and she was not at home most of the time. As a result, we were very helpless when we arrived at the airport. Everyone else was picking up the airport, but we couldn't get a taxi! The room we booked was on the second floor with a nice view and a lot of fruits planted in the yard. We had two seafood dinners in the room and it was great. The landlord was very enthusiastic and originally wanted to introduce us to a tour guide, but we found a handsome guy at the airport. Although his English was not very good, our purpose was to take photos, so it was not bad. The landlord rented her car to us, which was slightly cheaper than the ones on the market, and even sent us to the airport on the last day. I was overcharged in tax when charging, and it was later refunded to me through Ctrip."

Cabañas Anavai Rapa Nui

"Fantastic location, great communication and close to Moai and restaurants. The sunset happens at Ahu Tahai, which happens to be right across the street, making this a prime location. It is also common to see dogs and horses roaming in front of the ocean. As you sleep, you can relax to the sound of the waves crashing into the shore and in the morning you can relax looking at the ocean. We also rented a vehicle and were able to park it right on the property. It is worth noting that there is no AC breakfast on this property, however no AC is extremely common on Rapa Nui. We did not know this and our original room had full sun from 5 pm - 9 pm making it uncomfortably and extremely hot. The hotel property was quick to work with us, offering us a room away from the sun on the lower level, which really improved our stay! Each room comes equipped with a mini fridge so you can visit a market to get breakfast supplies, or you are close enough to just walk to a breakfast spot."
