"An excellent stay in a beautiful old pub. The staff were helpful and friendly. The bedroom was spotless and vey comfortable with lovely little extra touches like homemade biscuits and bottled water. The food was delicious and plentiful especially the breakfast. ."

"Perfect location to take the worry out of an early flight or late arrival back to Exeter. Only a couple of minutes walk to the terminal. Easy to get to by public transport, we'd got the train to St Davids, then the bus from outside the station which stops right outside the terminal. The only downside, if you have no transport there isn't anywhere near to eat. The room is comfy with everything you need for a night, very quiet too. Would definitely stay here again if flying from Exeter."

"Poppede ind til en sent frokost, og blev varmt velkommen af personalet.Efter at have grundlagt menuen, vi valgte til frokost og en drink speciel, og bestilte plovmanden.Da den blev serveret til os, så den smukt ud, men var lidt mærkelig. I stedet for et stykke brød og plovmands/branston-pik, kom det med 2 stykker varmt hvidløgsbrød og en pot af æblesaft med nogle chilliflakker sprinklede over toppen.Smagløs! Græd for nogle gode gamle pighle /some smagfuld fløde og krukke brød og smør.Det føltes bestemt, at de ikke havde alle ingredienserne for en traditionel poughman 8217s og kompromitteret 8217s. skuffet"

"Went for dinner very limited menu no red meat for mains apart from lasagne and at £65 per head plus wine I think its not great value. The starters are just too much they would be better cutting its size but upping the quality. The wine list is ok . service was good."
