"Vi var meget tilfredse! Vi var fem, og vi havde oprindeligt booket to værelser: et med tre senge og et med to senge. Da vi ankom, fik vi at vide, at vi var blevet opgraderet. Vi fik to suiter, og ingen af os havde nogensinde haft et hotelophold som dette før! Alt var meget rent, beliggenheden var fantastisk, og spaen var også i topklasse! Jacuzzien var meget varm, og der var masser af plads til, at vi alle kunne gå ind sammen. Kan varmt anbefales! Den åbnede for kun et par måneder siden."

"i never write bad reviews but my oh my was this a terrible hotel! We went there for my husbands birthday and specifically booked a queen bed to share, they gave us a room with 2 single beds and said the best they can do is join them together. the only other option was to pay €250 which they then brought down to €221 to change to a room with a queen bed. when we booked half board they didn’t let us choose between lunch or dinner, it was strictly dinner. housekeeping rarely came and we had to phone reception. also reception closes at 11pm??????? they would not answer any calls after that or help in anyway. the food was terrible all bland foods and not much selection if i’m being honest. don’t stay in durrës unless you only plan to do nothing. rather stay in tirana for city life and halal food. also another thing that was shocking, there was a second pool there with extra sunbeds but you had to pay for it??? the 2 different pools/sunbeds are attached below, it was ridiculous if you ask me did not enjoy the service at all!!!! the only nice person there was the chef!"
