"I came to Durban for Comrades so a comfortable stay was crucial for me. I stayed in a family room, which was really spacious! There was a bathtub and the water was really hot! There was a free safe, quite a good wi fi, and there was a kitchen corner though without a cooker. The room was absolutely quiet which was utterly important for me as I needed a good sleep. The hotel staff was always very nice and helpful! "

"We had the pleasure of staying at his establishment during December We stayed in a luxury suite at the Elangeni hotel.What an amazing experience.The suite was nothing short of superior .The views from the 20th floor was breathtaking .The bathrooms and decor was stunning .We loved the turn downs and little gifts at the bedside at night .The suite is fully equipped with a kitchen with a coffee machine and microwave ,a full lounge and dining room .Bedroom 1 had a luxurious kind sized bed and bedroom 2 had 2 double beds .Each bedroom including the lounge had its own TV .Breakfast was delicious-a huge variety of foods to cater for all dietary requirements .We had the pleasure of meeting Naveshnie Moonsamy,the Rooms Division Manager who was simply amazing and caring towards the guest's needs .Having a manager who is hands on and present to cater for the guests is a huge plus .For the duration of my stay I noticed her everyday walking around and being available to guests .I also would like to thank Gracy ,the accommodation service manager who ensured that our room was impeccable at all times and catered to all our needs.Kudos to Naveshnie and Gracy-you guys rock !!"

"This accommodation is basic but neat and comfortable. We arrived late in the evening but there was someone waiting to receive us. The garden rooms are small but we were just looking for a decent shower, toilet and a comfortable place to sleep. There is DSTV. The parking was fine and safe. Some items like furniture may need some repair or replacement. I can overlook the minor repair issues based on the need just to have a clean and neat place to sleep over"
