"The people were very nice , but they weren’t able to accommodate the handicapped very well we ordered a room thru a 3rd party like ******* the was suppose to be with two queens and a guest room and was suppose to have walk in shower well when we got the didn’t have such a room , The girl Who waited on us up front really tried hard to accommodate us she even the manager there was no help there , after we went up to the room it was very narrow and bathroom is to small handicap, we asked for shower chair there wasn’t any available so the young lady at front desk had to go get one of the chairs outside to help my brother so he could take shower it helped somewhat but it causes water to splash over the floor so he had several towels to put on floor to dry so he could walk on floor without slipping , other than the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was great! The staff were very nice , the breakfast lady great job ! And housekeeping also great job! The front desk girl you did your best to accommodate you need a bonus."
