They recommended several nice places to visit around Dujiangyan, including family-friendly spots, good food, and scenic areas that we probably wouldn’t have discovered on our own. Because of their suggestions, our trip became much more relaxed and enjoyable. Their warm hospitality made us feel very welcome, almost like staying with family rather than at a hotel. "One of the most satisfying hotel stays I've had in recent years. The location is excellent, very close to Mount Qingcheng, and there's a night market nearby in the evenings. The environment is fantastic with fresh air. The hotel's interior design is grand and very comfortable. The two observation decks are definitely a bonus. The two front desk staff (checked in on May 8th) were super nice. After the room upgrade, it was spacious, and the private hot spring inside was incredibly comfortable. There was also coffee provided on the second day. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would come back if I have the chance, or recommend it to family and friends. As for the price, I personally think it offers great value for money."

On the day of check-in, even the beautiful leadership at the front desk was personally involved, and the service staff and cleaning ladies were all incredibly friendly. I do have a couple of suggestions, though. The breakfast selection is quite limited, and the noodle dishes aren't as good as what you'd find on the street. The pet breakfast feels a bit perfunctory; if it's due to cost, I'd rather pay a bit more for better quality. Overall, I'd give it a 9.5 out of 10."

"I chose the Chunshan Hot Spring Hotel at the foot of Mount Qingcheng for an off-peak getaway after the holidays, and it was a truly delightful surprise. First, the environment: the resort is surrounded by lush greenery, and the hot springs mist blends with the fog on the distant mountains. In the morning, you can hear birds chirping while sipping tea on the balcony, completely escaping the crowds (the advantage of off-peak travel is fewer people and better prices). I was very satisfied with the room. You could feel the texture of the solid wood furniture, the bathroom fixtures felt substantial and high-quality, and even the teacups were made of suet jade – this level of attention to detail is truly impressive. As for cleanliness, I'm a bit of a germaphobe and usually wipe down nightstands with wet wipes, but there wasn't a speck of dust, and the drains were spotless. The staff were all very natural; they would smile and nod when we met, not in a robotic way. When checking out, I asked if I could get some hot water for my thermos, and the front desk girl personally took me to the staff's pantry, even washed my cup for me, and gave me bottled water when I left. This kind of unforced yet genuine thoughtfulness was more pleasant than many luxury hotels. All in all, if you want a quiet hot spring experience and a high-quality stay, coming here during the off-peak season after the holidays is definitely worth it."
