Værelset var rent og havde et minikøleskab, hvilket var praktisk til at holde drikkevarer kølige. Morgenmadsoplevelsen var dog skuffende. Udvalget manglede variation, og kvaliteten levede ikke op til forventningerne. Derudover føltes lobbyområdet trangt i myldretiden, hvilket gjorde det mindre indbydende til afslapning. Selvom hotellets centrale beliggenhed er en betydelig fordel, ville forbedringer af morgenmadstilbud og komfort i lobbyen forbedre den samlede gæsteoplevelse."

"The student staff were friendly, especially the French girl who was very warm and with whom I had a good chat. Overall, I'm very happy with my stay. The location is decent and close to Phoenix Park, which is great for a breath of fresh air. There's a fridge with drinks for sale at the reception and a vending machine for drinks and snacks in the common areas, which is very convenient. The only thing I missed was a kettle in the room. The common areas are well-maintained. The elevator broke down the day before I left, so I had to use the stairs, which was the only downside."

"The hotel is located in Dublin 4, about 3 kilometers from the city center. There is a train nearby, and the transportation is quite convenient. It takes about half an hour to take a taxi to the airport, and it costs 40 euros. The room is relatively large. We have children, so we booked a double bed room. Each bed is about 1.5m wide. The bed is soft, and I like it very much. There is an independent bathing space. The bathtub, shower and toilet are basically separated and do not affect each other. It was renovated in 2018 and the maintenance is pretty good. The toiletries are also good, in large cans. I have to complain about the breakfast. It is basically the same every day, and there are few varieties. Although the Western breakfast is indeed not as rich as the Chinese breakfast, it is about bread, milk, beef slices, smoked salmon, yogurt, and fruit. However, compared with the usual level of InterContinental, there is a big gap, and it is not as good as the breakfast I had in the four-star hotels in France and Germany. The smoked salmon is very salty and there is no fried egg. If you want to order, you have to pay extra. I also had a dinner here. The price-performance ratio is not high. The key is that the taste is very average. I don’t recommend it."

"After I had made my booking I realised I didn’t have breakfast included as was suggested on my booking information I contacted the Conrad hotel and was told if I added breakfast for two on then it would be €25 each if I left it until I booked in to add breakfast it would cost €30 each so I obviously booked it for €25 each but when I finally booked in to the hotel I met a very condescending receptionist who informed me that they don’t do discounts and breakfast was €30 when i explained that it was not a discount she continued to tell me they don’t do discounts and eventually said she would ask her manager and came back with the same information to me at this point I was so embarrassed that I agreed to pay €30 each but when she finally put the booking through it wasn't accepted which at that point another receptionist came to check the computer and could see quite clearly that I had my breakfast booked for €25 and told the other receptionist that it was clearly signed by an appropriate manager so eventually I got booked in but the breakfast I felt was very disappointing as it was the first time ever I was asked to pay €9 extra for anything extra from the breakfast alacart menu which meant if I just wanted poached eggs I had to pay €25 plus €9 I was not impressed the whole issue with the payment for breakfast while trying to book into the hotel and then realising that you had to pay extra for what’s normally on a breakfast menu anyway. No i certainly wouldn’t be going back to the Conrad or recommending it"

"I waited to leave this review because the manager Ramona said that she would make it right. She promised to email me on February 26, 2025 but I never heard back from her. When I checked in I was greeted by a very kind man. He was professional and got me all checked-in in no time at all. I was very impressed. Once I got to my room it all went bad very fast. My pillow was filthy. The sink leaked every time I washed my hands. There were hand smudges on the window, stains in the carpet, and mold in the bathroom. You can see the mold on the towl under the sink. I was exhausted and I have limited mobility issues, so I flagged down housekeeping and got the bed refreshed. She was wonderfully polite and apologetic and quite efficient, as she had the bed refreshed very quickly. A little while later someone came up and checked on the leak. He wiped up the floor and left the towel under the sink just in case. I was told that the sink could not ne easily repaired and I would be moved to another room. However that did not happen my first night. I waited all the next morning but no one came. Finally, I went down to the front desk to ask if they forgot about me. I told them that all of my belongings were packed up and ready to go to the new room. I missed the morning tour but I was not going to miss the afternoon tour waiting to be moved. I left. When I returned several hours later, no new room. I was tired and totally not sober, from the Jameson distillery tour, and didn't feel like making a fuss. I just wanted to relax and I said as much. I was given a key to another room and told that I could move my luggage at my leisure. I was not offered any help at all nor wad I given any compensation for having such a terrible experience at this hotel. The next morning I spoke to Ramona the manager. I left my name, phone number, and email address. She made promises which were never kept, as I checked out and headed to the airport that morning about an hour afterspeakingto her."
