"Hotel has a good location but front desk staff was slow for request. My hotel room was never cleaned the two days I stayed and the front desk was clueless as to why. They were short on towels for my family and at one point wanted to charge 50.00 extra dollars for an hour extended stay or late check out. I’ve never been charged for a late check out. I wouldn’t recommend this place other than the location."

"Vi bookede dette sted sidste minut på grund af prisen, damen på frontdesk var meget sød, hun fortalte mig, at det var $20 at tjekke tidligt, sagde de var under ny ledelse og rekonstruere hele hotellet. Da vi kom til værelset, bemærkede vi, at vi havde meget at starte med.Værelserne var virkelig dateret.Den vi fik lugten af rent, de må have lige serveret det.Det ser ud til, at de allerede begyndte at genoprette hotellet. Det var ganske vist ret godt, og de havde virkelig god fjernsyn.Generelt var personalet meget sød og professionel.Jeg kommer kun en gang om året til Albany, men jeg bliver sikkert næste år for at se, hvad de har gjort ved det."

"There definitely needs to be some updates done to the building in general. Our room smelled great/clean upon arrival. However, the sheets and mattress covers under the sheets had stains that grossed me out. The mattress was pretty hard in my opinion too. Luckily I couldn’t smell anything in our room, but the hallway REEKED of ****!"

"The best hotel in this place, but very old parking is very convenient. One day 9.9 knife is still good. I stayed for the third time. Breakfast is provided by the hotel. It is hot to order. The magistrate toast is this store. The breakfast is good."
