"We came here for one night as we wanted to watch planes in the Mach loop. We had a fantastic stay. We arrived later than planned so the car park was a little busy, however this was very quickly rectified for us! We stayed in room 2. It was a beautiful room, very clean, fully stocked with teas, coffees, hot chocolate etc. The mini fridge was a great addition! Bathroom was lovely and clean. The main house still had traditional characteristics that really added to the feel of the place. Beautiful location, and the camp site looked great too! The WiFi was free and fast, and a welcome pack with all the essential details for nearby towns etc was brilliant. We visited the recommended cafe too and it was the best breakfast we’ve ever had!! Thank you again!"

"Stayed with Colin & Lisa August 2025 & thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was spotlessly clean & had all the usual amenities: lovely tea tray, nice toiletries & hairdryer. Breakfast was tasty & set us up for the day. Plenty of parking spaces. Colin & Lisa couldn't have been more welcoming. Dolgellau is a vibrant town with lots of eateries, just be sure to book. It's well worth a visit."

"We stayed in the family room of the guesthouse, in this former rural cottage, in an attractive setting. It has been very beautifully converted, and the room had everything we needed. Dolgellau is just down the road for meals. Close by is the exciting Torrent Path, where walkers can enjoy rough water tumbling over boulders, overhanging trees and lush ferns. Very dramatic when the river is in spate I should think. There are adjacent self catering cottages too."

"I think this may be the best hotel I have ever stayed in. My husband treated me to two nights here for my birthday. The staff knew this as soon as they checked us in. The room was gorgeous with beautiful views. It was clean and modern, the bed was really comfortable. You can tell every little detail has been thought of with the interior design, it’s just lovely. I have coeliac disease and I did not feel like I missed out one bit at the restaurant. All the staff knew and were knowledgeable about allergens and dietary requirements. I was given my own tailored menu. The dinner was EXQUISITE. I had the asparagus starter, hispi cabbage main and chocolate mousse. I really cannot fault it. Really delicious. Breakfast was also brilliant. It is quite a pricey stay but you really do get your money’s worth. I cannot say a bad word about the place. The staff are lovely and attentive, the grounds are beautiful, the location is great. I hope we will be back! :)"

"Firstly wow what a place this is absolutely gorgeous picturesque. Gina and Gareth were warm and welcoming would go above and beyond nothing was too much. We stayed in the lily room it is an amazing room so cozy and we had our own little seating area outside. We had the candlelit dinner on the Saturday night which was amazing as we're both our breakfasts again Gina and Gareth were extremely attentive and helpful. We will definitely be returning to this gorgeous place again we can't wait. If you want peace and quiet this is your place 3 acres to walk around with a stream and waterfall on the grounds. Plenty to do close by too."
