"The hotel is in the deep mountains and woods. There is a farm next to it, with many cows. The bells on the cows' necks jingle, which is quite healing. The environment is very natural. The hotel also has a public area where you can play table tennis. The external environment is OK. The room type is relatively small. After opening the suitcase, you have to put it away quickly, otherwise it will occupy the road. There is only this tall small window, and the lighting is very poor. However, the window is well soundproofed, and the sound of the cow bells outside can't be heard at all when the window is closed. The companions said that their room type window is normal. In short, this place is more suitable for transitional accommodation after hiking in Sanfeng Mountain. It is indeed tiring after hiking, and it is OK to stay here for a night."

"Three beautiful days guests in this home. The excellent rating, almost across the board, is well deserved. Three car parks plus one covered car park offer convenience to everyone. Excellent and kind welcome. Edelweiss room on the first floor with good views of the mountains and the center of the country. (the slopes pass by the outdoor swimming pool, a splendid convenience for those who practice cross-country skiing). Room furnished in Tyrolean style. Good size. Nice balcony with tables or and chairs. Excellent wardrobes with lots of space. Minibar only with mineral water. Nice bathroom shower. Good accessories and good sponges. We did not ask for larger sizes for the Spa bathrobes. Perhaps it would be appropriate to leave XL sizes immediately. Sore point is the bed. Noisy slats, a mattress that can be improved and it is also advisable to keep a "classic" pillow in the wardrobe, which is personally much more comfortable. The carpet, hopefully replaced by wood, will be the last successful step. Room of course, always well tidied and clean. Breakfast and dinners truly worthy throughout the meal. Valid and vast choices also in the evening menus. Excellent quality product, already expert cuisine awaiting that major push which we are sure will arrive soon, especially in the "Chef's Welcome". The menu of good drinks and desserts is also excellent. Bar and common rooms very beautiful and furnished with great taste and style. The same stube where we dined for three evenings gave us that extra touch of elegance and tranquility compared to the larger rooms. The wellness area and its swimming pools are truly noteworthy. The external ones are splendid. Perfect sauna and relaxation area, clean and very pleasant. The indoor swimming pool is also more than worthy in size. Perhaps some more relaxation space for the cold period, it will be a good idea to have it. I also spent my birthday there. Even better set table for the day. Best wishes from the staff themselves are very welcome. Also a gift from the management for a discount on treatments at the Spa to be used however for a stay within one year and at limited times. I would have preferred any very small sign, even found in the room or at dinner, but in any case that could be enjoyed or used on the birthday itself. I close with the staff, resigning my best opinion. Everyone in every job was always attentive, prepared and kind. Congratulations indeed. "The location and facilities are excellent, as it is within a 3-minute walk of the Dobbiaco bus terminal and has a supermarket called Conad in the same building. Since it is an apartment, you shouldn't expect high service. I stayed for 4 days and they provided plenty of towels. It is a place I would consider staying at again."

"It's a shame that the week of good weather didn't allow us to take advantage of the spa. However, the hotel is discreet, the rooms are quite comfortable, the owners and staff are very kind. There were some flaws in the breakfast and the buffet which were not replenished when necessary. Free parking but with insufficient spaces when the hotel is full However, quite satisfied."

"I årevis har Gratschwirt Hotel været et hjertested i sommerferien, og jeg vil ikke forlade det. Det er tæt på centrum, som du kan nå hurtigt ved at følge en sti langs torrenten. Beliggenheden er derfor central, men meget stille. Værelserne er store, møbleret i meget rene stilarter, det hyggelige ophold, haven giver en oversigt og er udstyret med pool vandmassage og spil til børn. Køkkenet, fremragende, har traditionelle måltider, der udføres med stor omhu og fortolkes med kreativitet. Den touch, der gør hotellet uovervindelig, er ejerne, fra fru Linde til Jessica og alle medarbejderne: Zoran, Dagmar, koken, alt personale. Aldrig meget venlige, klar til at opfylde, ofte forud for dem, kundernes krav. Jeg vil gerne takke dem endnu en gang."
