The breakfast was plentiful, offering both authentic local snacks and classic Western options, and the open kitchen allowed us to see the chefs preparing the food, ensuring maximum freshness! The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, with convenient access to restaurants and shopping nearby. The concierge's recommendations for hidden attractions and reservation services made our trip even smoother. The handwritten thank-you card and small gift we received upon check-out were incredibly touching; such a dedicated service team deserves the highest praise!
