"Breakfast was basic, what's worse is that if you don't come early, some dishes won't be available because they're not replenished. Dirty plates weren't taken away either. Not many hot items: soup, chips, hard-boiled eggs and pancakes with spinach. We asked for omelet twice because each portion was probably made of one egg. Parking in front of the hotel, no problems, but it's out of season. Wifi - OK. Air conditioning heated properly, the floor in the room was tiled, so it took a long time to give off the cold. Restaurant on the 5th floor - good view of the area!"

"This is a good, though not new, hotel in the Marina near Didim, with its own beach club, accessible by golf cart. Breakfast is good and continues until 12:00, not until 10:00 like in some hotels—they understand that people come to relax, not to wake up to an alarm clock. You can choose whatever you want for breakfast from the hotel menu, including delicious coffee and freshly squeezed juice! The service is restaurant-like—no need to run from one serving station to another with a plate, like in a cafeteria. There's a large, well-shaped pool, a summer cafe, and unlimited towels. Overall, the service is high, although prices are quite high for the bar and food at the hotel and beach club. But this is a 5-star hotel, and essentially the hotel is a yacht club. It's a 10-minute drive to the city; walking is impossible!"

"I would like to formally bring to your attention the terrible experience we had this month: a significant gap between the actual standard of the hotel and what was advertised by our travel agency (Coral Travel). The hotel was presented as a five-star establishment, but in reality, the conditions did not even meet the basic expectations of a three-star hotel. In particular, I would like to report the following issues: - Dirt throughout the facility – The rooms have been dirty and uncleaned since our arrival. We had to repeatedly request toilet paper, which should be replenished as standard. Additionally, the rooms are old and in need of major renovation. The bathroom smells of sewage, there is mold and limescale everywhere, and the toilet is unusable. Water from the air conditioner drips directly onto the bed. -Corridors and common areas – Dirty dishes are left in the hallways for extended periods without being cleaned up. - Food – The food is cold, tasteless, and repetitive every day. The staff does not clean the tables after guests, and even when the dishes are collected, the surfaces remain dirty. Your offer advertised a wide variety of meals, and we paid for all-inclusive service, yet we are forced to dine outside the hotel every day, incurring additional expenses we did not plan for when booking our holiday. -Recreational area – The sun loungers are dirty, the covers are unwashed and unhygienic. Tables and cups around the pool area are not cleaned. Sometimes even broken glass is left lying around, and the staff either doesn’t notice or simply refuses to clean it up – while people walk barefoot around the pool. -Staff behavior – Hotel guests are being pressured by staff to leave positive reviews, which is unacceptable. You shouldn't trust the positive reviews – they are not reliable, but rather forced by the hotel staff. We were misled because of that.. The staff is unpleasant, many of the issues we reported were ignored, and there is a clear lack of willingness to help. -Lack of contact with the agency representative – The hotline is unavailable, and the agent who sold us the offer provides no real assistance, instead referring us to other people. This is the first time we have encountered such an incompetent level of customer service, and it will certainly be the last time we book a holiday with Coral Travel, as this demonstrates a complete lack of respect. In summary, the current hotel standard in no way reflects the five-star conditions promised in offer. We believe we were misled regarding the quality of service. =＞ The only positive aspect of our holiday was the cocktails prepared by the bar manager, Mr. Yacin. He was really kind, helpful, and warm-hearted. His cocktails were the best, and he made our experience a little more enjoyable despite the overall disappointment."

"Just spent a week at Akra Didim as part of a pickleball group. What first class facilities. Great food. Welcoming and helpful staff. Amazing grounds. Spa area is superb. And if you play pickleball or padel then Akra Didim has you covered too. The rooms are spacious and modern. Beds are comfortable. So many pools to choose from. Love the games and sports bar too in the evening. The gym is also great. Everything you need. Great value for money. Will be going again."

"There is so much I could write for this review and all very positive. However, I shall keep it short because there was simply nothing negative to say, just a very positive experience. It was short notice I booked in here, having friends already there. I had originally booked into another hotel for which I shall nothing, as there was nothing good to say about it. Arriving at Akesl Butik, the friendly staff, the welcome & how clean and comfortable the hotel was made up for everything. If anyone has any reservations of booking in here, in my own personal experience, cast aside doubts. One of the best hotels in the area & having lived in Didim/Altinkum for 3 years in the past, I do know many hotels in the area."
