"We were exhausted after a mountain hike and booked this hotel last minute for a night's rest. The hotel's decor and ambiance were a pleasant surprise, truly a highlight of our trip. The owner was incredibly welcoming. We called him for directions, and he immediately drove to the cable car station to pick us up. We were soaked from the rain and worried about dirtying his car, but he just told us not to worry, to avoid catching a cold, and to get back to the hotel to shower and change. The guesthouse even has a washer-dryer, so we could dry our clothes despite the rain. The owner is genuinely wonderful; any issues we had, he'd practically always resolve them."

Surrounded by mountain scenery, the air is fresh, and there's even a viewing terrace for relaxation. The service was also very attentive; they answered all my questions promptly.
