"I've always been a loyal fan of Kaiyuan Group, and this stay was truly wonderful. Due to the typhoon, we ended up eating and staying entirely at the hotel. First off, Yun Gu Dexin Hotel is exceptionally clean. What's more, the staff were incredibly caring and patient, making us feel right at home. The young man at the front desk was also very dedicated. Because of the typhoon, I called to check on taxi availability. They not only upgraded our room but also advised me not to take the parked taxis, suggesting a ride-sharing service would be cheaper. Finally, when we checked out, my child's smart watch was left behind at the hotel, and the front desk staff at post number three arranged for free shipping for us. Despite the typhoon, we had the whole pool and ping-pong area to ourselves, which the kids loved. And after the rain stopped today, we even took a walk around the hotel's Zhiji Countryside, where the air was incredibly fresh and healing. When we encountered a minor issue with a dish during lunch at the hotel, the manager promptly helped resolve it. I also really liked the connecting corridor; sitting there was very relaxing. It truly felt like a complete vacation experience. The view outside the room was absolutely stunning, and we received complimentary welcome fruit both days. Traveling alone with my elderly parents and child was hassle-free. Everyone had a relaxed, pleasant, and leisurely three days despite the typhoon."

"Pros: I booked a standard room but really wanted one with a balcony, and they tried their best to accommodate. Maybe I got lucky, but I was able to check in around 1 PM that day. You can tell the staff are really trying hard, but there are too many guests and too few staff members. Personally, I don't blame the staff; it seems like a management issue. Cons: Setting aside the software (I assume they mean the booking system or app), the hotel overall lacks any resort feel. There are several major flaws. 1. The pool is incredibly small and very poorly designed. Don't be fooled by the online photos; behind the pool are a bunch of air conditioning units from the main building. Plus, it's surrounded by buildings, making you feel like you're swimming while being watched by everyone. 2. The gym is tiny, with just two treadmills and a few other machines. That's it. 3. The hotel's building layout is circular, so most rooms can see into each other, offering zero privacy. And being located in the city, there's absolutely no scenery to speak of. 4. A hotel of this size and in this location is simply not suitable for villas; it feels like a fake villa trying to create a sense of luxury, and the golf cart shuttle service is also quite pointless. The decor feels like that of an economy hotel. The standard room's TV felt like only 40 inches, and the decor was very rough. I honestly wouldn't pay more than 500 per night for a standard room here."

"This hotel is great! It has its own farm, and the free-range chicken is delicious. The surrounding area is beautiful, perfect for eco-tourism. You can go stream trekking, pick your own produce, see small animals, and even go horseback riding (for an extra fee). It's a perfect spot for a weekend getaway."

"The price-performance ratio is very high, and the room is quite large. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the corner room provide good lighting in the room, and the room is warm when the sun shines in. In spring and summer, you should be able to see 🌸 everywhere. It is also very convenient to eat. Dongdafang is in front, and the taste, price and service are all very good. The snow vegetable and bamboo shoot noodles for breakfast in the hotel restaurant taste very good, but it ends a little early. The hotel includes tickets to Fantasy Valley, and it is very convenient to enter and exit the scenic area. There are round-trip sightseeing buses from the hotel to Dujuan Valley by making reservations in advance. "1. The noise of the sewer pipes in the room was huge and there was no sound insulation, which affected sleep. It was only quiet in the second half of the night when no one in other rooms used water; 2. The hotel's dedicated parking space on the ground was installed with a ground lock. I went to the security guard, who said it was for hotel use only and asked me to ask the hotel front desk to solve it; I went to the hotel front desk, and the front desk said that there was only one hotel-only parking space with a ground lock and it could not be used. Other parking spaces needed to be found by the security guard. There were at least three hotel-only empty spaces at the time. I drove around for a few times and finally couldn't park; 3. Because there were 2 adults and 1 child, I asked the room service at around 4 pm to add a quilt and a pair of slippers. The reply was "There is no quilt, and the slippers will be delivered when the people who had dinner come back." I didn't see the extra slippers until I left the hotel; I won't go into other issues. After all, there are many people during the holiday, and the service is inevitably affected"
