"Disgusting place. The room itself is quite nice, but instead of a large bed, there are two small ones pushed together. It is uncomfortable to sleep. But I didn’t manage to sleep: the dogs that live with the owners barked non-stop all night. Everything in the room is clumsily done and doesn’t work. The shower is a hole in the floor next to the toilet and a shower head. The floor in the shower is covered with linoleum. The hot water is heated by a flow heater and when you turn it on, the light in the bathroom goes out. The garden is abandoned. All sorts of junk is lying around. Unsanitary conditions are everywhere. There are many animals living on the territory and it stinks of their excrement. Breakfast is a meager buffet. The owners are either unfriendly or don’t know English even enough to say hello. Wi-Fi works, there is a refrigerator. There is a water cooler. Total: Pros: Wi-Fi, refrigerator, price. Cons: territory, unsanitary conditions, room, location, stench, breakfasts, noise."

"Meget smukt. Der er en stor pool. Værelset ser havet. Jeg kørte fra Antaria til Chash, og jeg ville ikke gå for sent på vejen.Jeg var tæt på hotellet. Det ser nyt ud. Det er lidt bekymret for smag. Jeg troede ikke, det var en overraskelse! Hotellet er stille. Der er ingen røvhuller ved siden af. Nogle gange er der en hund. Køkkenet er fuldt af mad. Der er også forskellige bordservice til vaskemaskinen. Men det kan være en ny åbning. Nogle steder er stadig nødvendige for at blive perfektioneret, f.eks. uden en elektromotor. Det er generelt tilfredsstillende."

"We're a family of four who paid 65 euros for one night. We were expecting more based on pics and online reputation (for some reason, I missed the other review here). All in all, it was ok, with a little more than the bare minimum. I believe you could rent the bungalow for 50 bucks, perhaps less if you haggle. One could argue it's a fine deal. Now, most of the shortcomings listed by the other reviewer a few years ago are still valid. The place stinks (the room does not), there is random stuff lying around, animals (probably contributing to the stench), and you can't help but feel the entire place needs some serious cleaning. It is also located in a semi rural area, which you may find a bit unsettling. On the positive side, it is at a walking distance from the sea but don't expect younger children to cover the distance, or anyone who would find it challenging to walk in the heat, really. The room was fine and clean. I don't like the combo shower next to toilet, but other people don't mind. Water pressure at the shower is low. The same system described by the other reviewer is still in place. Washing your hair may take you some time. Breakfast was very meager, almost miserly. They served the four of us two small dices of butter... Again, for the price, one should not expect more. I wouldn't come back, but I would not say that there is anything critically wrong with the place to dismiss it if you are on a budget and don't mind peculiar venues. "

"We stayed at this hotel in January while passing through on our way to Kemer. The rooms are wonderful, fully equipped, even with a washing machine. There's a large bedroom and a kitchen-living room. Two air conditioners. A spacious bathroom. And a balcony. In the morning, they offered a good Turkish breakfast. The sea is a 5-7 minute walk away. We even got a room upgrade to a higher category than what we booked. We really enjoyed everything. Highly recommend!"

"Stayed here 2 nights whilst on the Lycian Way. Genuinely blown away - unique hillside development 500m up overlooking the beautiful ocean. We were probably spoiled as we were only guests at beginning of season and pool yet to open. A genuine warmth and charm by the husband and wife owners. Food was traditional Turkish and wonderfully prepared with local home grown produce. Breakfast was also a delight. Lovely grounds and interesting local historical antiquities to walk to.
