"We arrived very late after a long non-stop drive from Wales and the restaurant was, unsurprisingly, closed. I asked if there was a local restaurant open. The receptionist said no but could see that we were tired and hungry and opened the kitchen to cook us spaghetti bolognese. Excellent, beyond the call of duty service and highly recommended if you're looking for a stop en route to Brussels from the channel tunnel. The following day we stayed at a 5-star hotel in Brussels where the welcome was nowhere near as friendly as this Ibis. "

"The hotel is super central come with the tram from Eastende about 5 minutes walk to the beach promenade from the Hotel 20o Meter The hotel itself is a little curiosity and I seriously wondered if it is not a tarted old home There I was With 60 years I think the latest room itself was ok flat-screen TV small balcony to the indoor courtyard and as I found very clean The mattress has certainly experienced better times - but went. Breakfast very spartany but for 80 euros per night with breakfast I don't make a conclusion - for one or two nights ok but no more too"

"The hotel location is great and there was plenty of room. However, there is no AC (the room temperature stayed 25°C during the whole stay; even though we set it to 19°C). The floor is a carpet which does not get cleaned often: dusty and there were stains on the carpet. Also there was a dead animal (probably a spider or a bug) on the floor at a corner … Personably, we won’t go there again…"

"The perfectness is not, but a stay here is very close. Wim is the body of hospitality and service, which certainly applies to his family and not forget Grandma; everyone is friendly, hospitality and helpful (even the dog). The breakfast is crazy and runs in various corridors, with Wim's challenge to put something new on the table every day; you can be on the table all day. The rooms are beautiful in size and in order to have a tasteful decor. The Kingsize bed is a perfect bed. Delight the pool, beds and cookies or a nice (cold) drink. You're not coming here too short. We're coming back and advise family and friends to come back this pie too certainly. John and Dienne, Well Netherlands"
