"Placemakr Premier Sobro is a great place to stay! We were on the 31st floor and had amazing views. The proximity to Broadway is fantastic. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. We took advantage of the pool and hot tub. They also have a gym with a view of the river, conference rooms, shuffle board and a pool table. 10/10 would recommend!"

"I highly discourage booking this hotel. Both times I booked, I was given a corner room on the second floor. The air conditioner was extremely noisy, especially in the living room. While resting in the bedroom, I could clearly hear the noise from the bathroom upstairs. The most outrageous thing was that I had an early morning meeting after checking out, so I left my luggage at the hotel reception. When I went to retrieve it that evening, all my luggage was gone! The hotel receptionist kept questioning me, saying they hadn't seen my luggage there. A while later, just as I was about to call the police, I saw other hotel guests carrying my luggage down the elevator, saying that the receptionist had given them the wrong luggage and that they had taken it all along. The receptionist even said that such things were normal, with many hotel guests, and mistakes were common. Although my luggage was returned, the shock of discovering it was missing lasted me all night, and I was still in a state of shock the next day. Ctrip customer service handled the situation promptly, but the hotel was extremely unreliable."
