"Things were ok until they had a party in the ballroom downstairs that was soo loud the place almost shook. IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP ! Think having a rock concert in the next room loud!!!! Manager offered to move us up to another floor. At 11:30 AT NIGHT! I walked up another floor JUST AS LOUD! And their solution was to have 2, 72 year old people move to another room thats just as loud in the middle of the night! My conversation with the desk clerk and the look on her face told me this wasn’t the first time. IVE STAYED IN A LOT OF HOTELS IN MY LIFE AND THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!’ POSTED AT 12:11 am and the party is still going!"

"1. Uheldig oplevelse med modtagelsesdame. Uheldig holdning. Jeg gik til at spørge, fordi de ikke gjorde rengøring og skifte håndklæder og svarer mig grovt, at hvis jeg havde bedt om det. Jeg sagde til hende, at det ikke er bedt om. En beder om, men vil. Ikke hvis du vil. Og jeg satte mig stadig i retning af. Jeg har aldrig haft en så dårlig oplevelse på et bolighotel. Jeg forstår allerede, hvorfor opmærksomheden er dårlig i Panama. 2. Der er ingen parkering. Kun 3-4 på hele pladsen."
