"Everything was perfect from the start to the beginning. Our room was very clean and cleaned everyday. We had everything we needed in the room, sandwich maker, plates, forks knives spoons, a fridge to keep drinks and food. Even had an electric stove to cook or to heat up food. Air conditioning. Our room had a balcony which was great, also with a view to the sea. The cleaning lady made sure to have our room cleaned and in order for us daily, she even made sure to surprise us with towel art she made and left on the bed also with some flowers for us. Thank you for that was very nice. The owner was very kind and helped us with everything we needed, guided us for our trips and recommended where to go and when to go and how to go. Always asked us if we are good or needed everything. He even gave us a ride to the airport the day we left which was very nice because our flight was really early in the morning. We rented a car for some trips and we had a parking place at the hotel, very convenient. The hotel is very well placed because you have the beach like literally 2 min away, you have restaurants really close and shops markets nearby. Overall we had a really good time, I believe we got the best out of the money we paid there, maybe got more then we paid for so thank you very much. When we come back to Chania we will definitely choose Iolkos Hotel Apartments again! Thank you for everything."

"Great location, close to beautiful, family-friendly beaches. The hotel's two pleasant pool areas and two well-equipped gyms also offered plenty of activities. Breakfast was a big plus. "We recently had a 9 day stay at these beautiful apartments. Loved the chilled out vibe, it was so relaxing. The owners were very welcoming and helpful, no scramble for sun loungers by the pool. It’s a little off the beaten track but plenty of lovely tavernas within a couple of minutes walk. Several beaches close by also and excellent bus service (No 21) to Chania every 15 minutes until 1 a.m. I did the Samaria gorge hike while there which I was able to book through the hotel, an unforgettable experience. We also loved the resident cats, one of whom took to having a nap in our apartment every day."

"Just had an 11 night stay here and had a lovely time. All the people that work here are very friendly. Great restaurant and good prices. Pool is really nice. The beach is a couple of mins walk away and there are 3 other beaches 8 to 10 mins away. Rooms are basic but clean, plenty of loo roll and clean towels. The air con didn't work properly but was fixed the same day when we reported it. Shout out Nusa the cleaner who took care of us, the very hardworking Tanya who runs the shop and the restaurant and Alex on the bar, everyone was so nice and really made our stay great."

"Second visit to this apartments/ hotel this summer- room 13 this time. Clean, spacious, friendly staff- pool at sister hotel lovely, nice bar and snacks. Staff all lovely. Can’t fault it, beach is straight down road opposite and lovely. Lovely little bar on same road Soundgarden- a real home from home. Only slight issue is the busy road and crossing might be an issue with children or for the less able bodied. Will be going back."

"False Advertising: The photos presented on your website do not correspond at all to reality. They show another hotel, much more modern and clean. Upon arrival, I discovered an old, poorly maintained room with a musty, dirty smell. Unsanitary Conditions: The room was in a deplorable state. The outlets were yellow with grime, the bed was infested with insects, and there was hair on the sheets. The toilet was so dirty that I felt physically ill when I saw it. In addition, the bath towels were stained yellow. Additional Problems: I discovered that the air conditioning was chargeable, which was not mentioned when I booked. In addition, the Wi-Fi, which was supposed to be included, did not work at all. Poor customer service: When I explained the situation to the receptionist, he refused to help us and was extremely rude. Based on these facts, I believe that the hotel has not respected the conditions of the reservation, and that the quality of service is well below what is acceptable."

"Sengelinned var stor.Det bedste søvn, vi nogensinde havde i Grækenland med smukke pølser.Lejligheden var ren og dekoreret og en god størrelse.Badeværelset var lidt lille for mig. Venlig personale, bilparkering gratis og tæt på restauranter og barer, men langt nok til at være stille.Græsterne har en levende stinke til aftenluften.Jeg anbefaler dette hotel.Det eneste negative var en støjende luftkonenhed på balkonen. Men jeg er sikker på, det enten vil bryde eller blive ordnet snart."

"This was really disappointing - staff are nice and helpful but the issue is the room they put us in is clearly showing neglect. The mattress is so old and uncomfortable it curves inwards and there’s a mystery stain on one of the bed sheets. Looks like red juice but none of my kids have eaten drank or played with anything to make it them. We only spotted when unpacking so doubly made sure it wasn’t us (it was dry / wasn’t fresh). They also put us pretty much next to the evening / night entertainment and when I said that wasn’t suitable for us and our young family they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Again I want to be clear that the staff are kind and helpful but I can see their hands are tied. Which gives me the disappointment- ultimately not an enjoyable holiday. Writing this to give people warning to weigh up your options if considering this hotel for family holiday."

"Dette var vores andet besøg på Lotus Hotel, vi vendte aldrig tilbage til hotellerne normalt, men vi ønskede en afslappende ferie og vi havde så stor tid på vores første besøg.Da vi ankom, var Angeliki på receptionen og mindede os, hvilket var dejligt. Vi havde håbet på at have det samme værelse, men det var ikke tilgængeligt, men det, vi havde, var endnu bedre.Hotellet er tæt på nogle smukke strande, som vi brugte hver dag, til en anden hver dag.Restauranter er alle meget gode, havde ikke en dårlig måltid. Bussen til kæden er over vejen og virkelig let billetmaskine at bruge, få en tilbagebillet, som lange køer på maskiner i kæden. Det, der gør dette hotel så godt, er personalet, vi havde mange samtaler med Angeliki, masser af grin, som gamle venner.Vi vender på et tidspunkt tilbage til hotellet, når vi har brug for noget køletid.Tak, gutter og forhåbentlig ses snart igen."

"Amazing design of the hotel. Staff were all amazing. The room was Amazing. Hot tub was great to chill and relax in. TV was wow, had netflix logged in, youtube as well. AC was amazing. 5 mins walk to the beach. Lovely breakfast options. Amazing Bed, best sleep. Balcony great views. Kitchen was also located in the hotel for everyone to use separately. location was good, had few good shops for food, supermarket was also local. Lidl local. We stayed here for a night due to moving away from another hotel which was awful, shame it was only a night at this lovely hotel."

Vores værelse var rummeligt, med to balkoner og havudsigt, med et køkken, som efter vores mening kunne være fuldført med en mikrobølge. Hotelledelsen fortjener en særskilt taknemmelighed, især Voula og hendes hold, som tog meget god hånd om os hele vores ophold på hotellet. Takket være sådan en meget professionel, intelligent og glædelig personale var vores ophold i Kreta særligt behageligt og uforglemmeligt."

The property has a lovely pool and a bar, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic—just a one-minute walk from the beach. Our host, Andreas, was amazing! He shared tips about historical landmarks and gave us lots of useful information about Chania. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!"
