"I asked for a late check-in time and was reminded that the check-out time was very early! I checked in at around 3 pm and was given the wrong room first, and then changed the room type but no cleaning was done! I waited for my aunt to do some cleaning and then officially checked in at 5 pm. There was no bottled water in the house and very little toilet paper! The single bed in the foyer was so soft and uncomfortable to sleep on! The butler was okay, he helped us carry our luggage to the room, but other aspects were not ideal!"

"I would like to have given this place a better rating because the assistance was quick whenever I needed it and the apartment was really nicely decorated. However, it was not clean, the washing machine was not in a good condition, the fridge smelt really bad at first, and the shower head was broken (they did replace the shower head though). I was also not given a key card or code to open the main entrance to the building and the security person in charge of letting key-less guests in usually took too long to open the door. One time I had to ring 6 times before the door was opened. Hainan is an amazing place and I'd definitely go there again. But honestly, I probably wouldn't stay in this apartment again. I also didn't realise it was more like an Airbnb situation rather than a hotel. I only found out after I'd booked the apartment that I would have to pay a deposit and only be able to communicate with somebody through WeChat because there is no front desk."

"Jeg havde boet i Hilton Garden Inn Danzhou Yangpu, Kina fra 3. til 6. juli.Jeg vil gerne udtrykke mine positive erfaringer i min sidste tre dages ophold i Yangpu på Hainan Island, Kina. For det første mødte jeg så mange medarbejdere i lobbyen, der altid viste smil og varme hilsner, især fru Tide Lin som et stort eksempel på det meget gode indtryk, jeg havde under check-in- og check-out-procedurerne. For det andet havde jeg et problem med luftkonditionering i rummet, og fru Tide Lin reagerede straks for at sende en serviceingeniør og tilbød mig et nyt værelse for at undgå eventuelle ubehag fra A/C under min ophold. Sidst, da jeg bad om at forlænge min ophold for et par dage mere på grund af en ændring i min tidsplan, reagerede alt dit personale godt og behandlede mig varmt.Jeg følte mig imponeret af det veluddannede personale og deres positive arbejdsindstillinger."
