The platform used photos of the Jinshan International Hotel, but when we arrived, it wasn't the Jinshan International Hotel at all. It was a retirement home called "Yixinyuan." If it were a retirement home, there's nothing wrong with just saying so. There's no need to use someone else's name to advertise it. This is fraud. Secondly, the management is chaotic. Signage within the park is unclear, and parking is severely inadequate. The road, which was once a two-way street, was completely parked, leaving only one car barely passable. The front desk service is also poor and extremely unprofessional. The booking information on the platform indicated the Jinshan International Hotel, but upon arriving at the front desk, we were told that we wouldn't be checking in at the Jinshan International Hotel, but at "Yixinyuan." The service at the Jinshan International Hotel was extremely rude and completely rude. The Yixinyuan front desk was also extremely unprofessional. Checking in required showing the reservation information first, and it was a two-step process: first confirming and printing a receipt, then checking in.
