"Great hotel even though the swimming pool and gym are not completed but this does not impact our stay. Jade, the front desk staff whom we interacted most is polite and attentive. She is bright spot of our stay. There is room for improvement. The hotel seems to ignore guests who have checked out and waiting in the lobby for flight as flight time may be few hours later. Hotel should offer drinks (plain water would also be appreciated) or assistance to keep guests who have checked out and waiting for flights happy. End to end services are critical and not just during the stay."

I adore the hotel's design language, from the décor to the very fine elements organized in a really creative manner. When I arrived, I felt immediately at home; the ambiance was pleasant, and the staff was really attentive. There are other experiences offered, including Mandala painting, Walking Meditation, Breath Meditation, and, of course, the Thermal Bath experience, which I believe you must do when you come here. So come and see for yourself. The staff is wonderful and really well-trained. I am grateful to everyone at the Hôtel Fantaisie Dalat for these unforgettable experiences; I will surely return."

Bed is large and comfortable. Breakfast options are many, though the bacon, sausages, eggs and even the coffee is only slightly warm. During our stay these was a function downstairs, which was intrusively loud in the room. A good hotel, but not 5 stars. "
