"The room was filthy, when we arrived the room's telephone was disconnected and sitting in the middle of one of the beds and the night stand and beds were covered with some kind of debris and there was an overflowing garbage can in the middle of the room. We complained and the hotel manager agreed to refund our money to our credit card. So taking her at her word, we did not feel it was necessary to take pictures to prove what a mess the room was. They later refused to refund the charge and claimed the room was fine. These people run a filthy hotel, and they are liars!! Stay at here at your own risk. We will not be using Trip.com for anything ever again."

"In suites with sofa beds, the mattresses on the sofa beds have become deformed and are not suitable for sleeping; other beds are of moderate hardness. The room was quite dusty and some of the towels didn't look the cleanest. The room has sufficient heating and the bathroom has good hot water. There are no eggs or meat provided for breakfast (usually the two containers for eggs/meat and oakmeal are empty and not plugged in). It is considered a continental breakfast, not a full breakfast. The parking space can be plugged into a block heater."
