"I was charged $600 for a curtain falling down when I tried to close it. I picked up the curtain and put it in the corner so it didn’t get ruined. It was 3 or more layers to the curtain stack and all other curtains were still intact and not damaged which is proof that it wasn’t intentional in fact accidental in falling down! When I called to talk to them they didn’t help me resolve the issue I then had to call my card company and report it as fraud to get my money back!"

"Awful and ******!! Office staff rude, not helpful, nasty towards guest, lazy, no housekeeping you have to go to them, rooms were nasty. The upstairs bathroom overflowed so it rained in my bathroom thru the roof and thru the vent and light, they did NOT even come clean it up. Then took half of my cash deposit when kicked us off the property. No wifi either "

"Jeg blev betalt $600 for en gardin, der faldt ned, da jeg forsøgte at lukke den.Jeg tog gardinet op og lagde det i hjørnet, så det ikke blev ødelagt. Det var 3 eller flere lag på gardin stak, og alle andre gardiner var stadig intakt og ikke beskadiget, hvilket er bevis for, at det ikke var forsætligt i virkeligheden ved et uheld i faldet! Da jeg ringede til dem, hjalp de mig ikke med at løse problemet, jeg måtte ringe til mit kortselskab og rapportere det som svindel for at få mine penge tilbage!"

"I booked this hotel specifically because it promised a refund if cancelled by 4:00 pm day of stay. I cancelled at around 1:30, they still charged me and now they want a review? I’m really disappointed in the hotel and trip.com. I won’t be back to trip.com and will not trust this process. I WILL get my refund at some point. Dishonest marketing!"
