"When we arrived, I found hairs in our beds that didn't belong to us and holes that looked like cigarette burns in our blankets. The floor felt dirty to bare feet, and the window A/C unit looked moldy inside. Our door chain was broken, and although being advertised as having breakfast, there was none. "

Staybridge Suites Crestview South by IHG ★★★

"The cafeteria was clean and the staffs were really working. The floor and tables were taken care off right away. Also Kristal was very helpful during our check in."

Comfort Inn & Suites Crestview South ★★

"The hotel is relatively new and the front desk is very hospitable. During our stay, the second floor was estimated to be for nearby road workers, and all guests were arranged on the third floor. The room is large and the gym facilities (compared to others) are more."
