"We stayed at Evita Blue Hotel in Xylokastro in September and really enjoyed our time there. The hotel feels relaxed and welcoming, not crowded or noisy. The room was very nice, cosy and clean, and we slept well during our stay. Breakfast was very nice too, fresh and enough choice to start the day comfortable. Shout out to Kostas at reception, who was very helpful and kind. He was always ready to answer questions and give advice, which we really appreciated. We went for a day trip to Epidavros, which was easy to do from Xylokastro and worth visiting. It was great to come back to the hotel afterwards and relax. We would happily stay here again."

Le Convivial Luxury Suites & Spa

"Arrived at the Convivial on 8/29/2024. A sign said to call a cell phone, no one around. Not a good start for a place named "convivial". Someone came down and showed us a room with stained carpets, stained curtains, stained towels, dark bathroom that wasn't clean. Carpeted stairs had stains. The carpets everywhere looked worn and not vacuumed. The doors to the rooms were plain wooden doors you might have in your house. One of them had a crack in it that you could see light come through. Not secure at all. The lobby was dark and the couch had a dark stain, as if someone had wiped greasy hands on it. No "luxury" here. There is a courtyard with a small pool that had not been cleaned for a long time. The walls below water were dirty. There were debris floating on the water and there was no filtration pump going. There were droppings on the pavement and the few tables/chairs were covered with dust. Not "spa" like either. The receptionist showed us three rooms and they were all in similar conditions. We spoke with the owner and they refused to refund our money. They offered to clean the room. I was disgusted and wouldn't sleep there even at no charge. I had to find another place to stay. I complained to *******. They tried to get in touch with the owner. The owner didn't answer the calls, ******* did not approve a refund. This is the cancellation policy of 24 hours prior, but it seems there is no protection against false advertising. This place has been neglected for some time."

Villa Aura Loutraki

"This is a brilliant find. The property is immaculate, with spacious rooms, really great bathroom, and a view onto the sea to die for. We were originally planning to stay in a much larger hotel in Loutraki but changed our minds at the last minute and were so pleased that we did. We had such a lovely experience. The beach just across the path from the property is absolutely beautiful, really secluded, with the clearest water. Special thanks to Giorgios who makes an awesome breakfast and an even better dinner!"

I bruseren kunne jeg ikke have et bad, superbillederne i bookingen har intet at gøre med virkeligheden, morgenmad under metroen, den formodede dobbeltseng var 2 alene ens i den dårlige tid [jeg er 1.88 m.og mine fødder var ude], jeg er ked af, Jeg tager ikke tilbage til værelset med 50 euro om natten."
