"Generelt havde vi en fantastisk tid her.Incheckningen er meget sent på klokken fem, så vi fandt et sted at gemme vores sag før ankomst.Ved ankomst var personalet utroligt venligt.Alle personalet var søde og hjælpsomme. Menuen var uoverraskende minimal, men funktionel nok.For drikkevarer havde menuen vinpriserne, men ikke prisen for noget andet, som jeg fandt meget mærkeligt.Frue var skuffende.Det var mindre af en buffet og mere lige givet til dig. Stor ud fra et fødevareaffaldssynspunkt, men det følte sig dyrt for det beløb, vi fik.Kaffemaskinen var ude af orden.Selvopkøkkenet var en god størrelse og godt opbevaret, men kun én under moderkøleskab. Vi fik ikke brug for det, da vi kom på offentlig transport og havde ikke tid til at komme til en butik, når vi havde checket ind.De kommunale områder var store.Der var masser af pladser, ingen af dem var i fantastisk tilstand, men det var funktionelt nok. Ingen klager over rummet selv.Den ensuite var ikke den bedste alligevel.Stemplerne omkring bruseren kommer væk og har sorte mølle sporer over dem.Duschen er fast og ikke ideel, når du er over seks meter. Toilet rulledistributøren er lige i dit ansigt, når du bruger toilettet.Det var ikke sjovt.Udvendigt har stedet brug for nogle reparationer, da du kan se mange træramme bogstaveligt bryde sammen. Trods de små ting, vi elskede at besøge, ville jeg bestemt gå tilbage med børnene.Som voksen var madrasserne de mest behagelige.Børnene fandt dem behagelige."

"This really is the perfect place to stay in Conwy. There's no parking but it's a really short walk up some steps from the long-stay carpark which cost about £7 a night. It's in a really central location, within the walls, with views of the castle from every room. The rooms, and the rest of the building, are decorated in 60s/70s style and absolutely lovely. There's so much to look at! We had the orange room. It was cosy and not huge but had everybody we needed, including old cinema seats to sit on. It was really thoughtfully designed. The bed was really comfy too. Breakfast is delivered to your room in a basket - delicious with a good variety of foods. There is a lounge where you can sit and make drinks/eat bara brith. The hosts were friendly and welcoming too. All in all we had a super weekend and really hope to stay here again. Thoroughly recommended!"

"The stay was fantastic! The hosts are hospitable and considerate. The location is good, only 10 minutes' walk from the conwy train station, also not far from tourist attractions. There is a free car park behind the building. The room is clean and well-equipped, and very warm during winter. The bed is very cozy as well. "A very cozy hotel, it seems to be a chain hotel in the Wales area. It has a white appearance and is clean and refreshing. When I arrived, one of the three free parking spaces across the road from the hotel happened to be vacant. Park and follow the hotel. Ask at the front desk - although it is not the time to check in at 3pm, you can park your car and use the toilet; it is very close to Conwy Castle and the city wall. I visited the castle first and then walked back to the hotel along the city wall to check in and check in. The front desk was white The young man enthusiastically helped us carry our two suitcases up the narrow wooden stairs covered with thick blankets; the curtains were made of Welsh pure wool plaid; the bathroom had white tiles, the toilet seat had wooden washers, and the bedding was made of pure cotton. There is a plaid, thick lip blanket, breakfast is served and you can order it by yourself; coffee is served from a pot on the table, and you can help yourself with juice. The next morning after dinner, we walked around the city wall and the center of the town."
