"STAIRSSSS: The walk from the bus station to the hotel involves a significant number of stairs, and there are even more stairs within the hotel grounds. Inaccessible Luggage Service: While the hotel offers a morning luggage assistance service, I was unable to reach the reception by phone, rendering the service unusable and inconvenient for travelers with luggage. Public transport: Public transit in this area is poorly managed and unreliable. Buses rarely follow their schedules. Despite having a pre-booked online ticket for a specific time, the bus driver refused to let me board, claiming the bus was full—even though I was traveling solo with just one suitcase. Due to the challenging terrain and poor local transport, I would not recommend staying in this area if you have luggage or are traveling alone. If you are heading to Alberobello, it is much better to stay in Bari the night before, where transportation links are far more reliable. Unfortunately, this stay left me with a very poor first impression of Southern Italy."

"We were in this massy 2 nights (21-22 agosto/2024) but enough to appreciate the peace of the place, the friendlyness of Checo, Mrs. Giovanna and all the staff (Nana in primis). The hotel is very clean, well furnished and all clean in the minimum details, with style. What to say ...le noble origins of Czechos ... is a noble in the spirit and behavior ... simple, spontaneous and exquisite person with the goal of locking customers. His attention and Mrs. Johanna's attention to the customers so that they could not miss anything, made us feel like our home. My daughter was excited ... from the pool, the affection, the heat, the social and humanity of the owners. "In a small village. As long as you have a car it is easy. Near monopoli and the caves. Room is new with all the facilities and a great ready to jump in jacuzzi. All was very clean.
