"I was given a room with small window and big wall covered with curtains. Checked with the staff and only find out I booked for "Business Room Sea View", in fact, the photo and description showed online is an Executive Suite. This is a clear misrepresentation of the room type that I booked. The discrepancy between the room shown and the room provided is disappointing, as I was expecting a different level of accommodation. This has caused unnecessary confusion and inconvenience during my stay."
