"We stayed this weekend in one of the cave houses. Specifically, in the three-bedroom one, as we were traveling as a family. The cave house was large, clean, and had all the amenities. The restaurant pleasantly surprised us. The staff at the reception desk and the restaurant were delightful. A cozy, peaceful place just 7 kilometers from Guadix. A visit to its cathedral is highly recommended."

It had been a while since I found a hotel with mattresses that were suitable for sleeping and here I was able to rest perfectly as it was obvious that there was quality. Despite being a two-star hotel, we really liked the treatment we received and the stay, so we will stay again on our next visit to Guadix."

"Central hotel within easy walk of the cathedral etc. Restaurant at the side is very good value and nice food. Rooms are spacious and en-suites are modern with large shower cubicles. The strange thing was the lack of milk in the room- they provide a kettle, teas, coffee, sugar & sweetener but just give you 2 very small milk portions for when you arrive. Asked at reception on evening 1 for extra milk but he said he didn’t have any. On day 2 the coffee and tea were replenished but this time no milk! Asked at reception when we hot back in the afternoon and the guy said he would have to ask his boss who he proceeded to ring. More milk was granted and the guy said he would bring them to the room. 10 minutes later he arrived with just 2 of the small portions- unbelievable! We went across to Aldi and bought a fresh litre but had trouble keeping it cold as no fridge in the room. The milk issue was not major but very annoying as can’t understand the thinking!"

"Vi var til at spise på restauranten hos Zenete Hospederia, i granadina byen La Calahorra og oplevelsen var ti. Lokalen har en fantastisk rustik charme og er beliggende på et fantastisk sted ved foden af slottet. Restauranten er en del af Hospederiet med samme navn, og dens udendørs terrasse er en smuk have med store borde, klar til at fejre enhver begivenhed. Det var helt rigtigt at acceptere forslaget om at bede om en af sine mest originale måltider: chokolade og langsigtede rødfisk ledsaget af alger. Sandheden er, at udseendet, når du kommer til bordet er noget forvirrende, men jeg tror, at de er lækre. Deres kød er også af fremragende kvalitet, til bryst og på det præcise punkt. Husholdningsskind kronede mad. Restaurantens personale opmærksomhed var uskadt, uddannet og meget omhyggeligt på alle tidspunkter. Vi vil helt sikkert gentage. Det anbefales."
