"This was our experience: Holes in the flooring. Wasps fly in the apartment. The only way to get to the bathroom is via a treacherous stairway. No amenities. The owner finds a way to keep your $300 deposit for ANY reason. Got ripped off here. We even didn’t stay the entire time, we were 29 days from our reservation date and had to shorten the stay. They wouldn’t adjust our reservation. Two days after we left, they emailed that they are keeping our $300 deposit because my parents visited us there for 2 days. Nowhere in the contracts or policies is this policy stated. Beware, get a real hotel instead of this place. It also doesn’t look like the photos, horribly uncomfortable couch. You can’t even sit on it. Dirty. They don’t give you hardly any toilet paper and the place is filled with pest infested houseplants desperately in need of care."
