"This is a VERY nice hotel that we were told just opened in September of last year. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool water was warm even though we didn't get a chance to swim this time. The attention to detail is evident everywhere—from the thoughtful décor to the handmade, locally sourced soaps that add such a special touch. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and given a full tour of the historic building, which made us feel immediately welcome and gave us an appreciation for the home’s history. Our room was spotless, and the bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. The pillows were absolutely heavenly! Breakfast was truly outstanding—easily five-star quality—and served with the same top-notch hospitality that made our entire stay so memorable. If you’re visiting Charleston, we highly recommend staying here. Josh has created a place that is both elegant and incredibly welcoming."
