"Overall room 105 was good however what looks like mold in one corner of the front of the shower and dirtiness of the other corners both inside and outside need some serious cleaning and bathroom smelled moldy. Staff was great and very informative especially about the rocket lift off without us even asking the same evening of our stay. Would definitely stay there again however"

"We've been going to Surf Studio for 25 years. About a year ago everything changed. Management may have changed, I don't know, but it is awful. The rooms are very unkept. You will not want to walk on the floor with bare feet, or touch anything in the bathroom. Use shoes in the showers. It's so gross. The bedroom has filthy carpet; the beds, linens, and towels are ragged and stained. The staff is either never there or treat you like you are trespassing. There are so many great places on Cocoa these days. This place has run its course and is way over priced."
