"This hotel is brand new. It’s one of the nicest Hamptons we have ever stayed in. It’s immaculately clean and comfortable. We loved the room. No carpet and the bedding smells so clean and fresh. The workout room was excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful, and kind. We would definitely stay here again when in the area."

"DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!! There was a live RAT, not a mouse, in the bed, buried in the pillow. There were rat droppings throughout the room and room was dingy and smelled terrible. Moved to another room which was also dingy. At least no rat. Requested refund but was denied. Place should be closed for health reasons."
