"There are cockroaches in the accommodation, but the worst part is the host's response. Here's my comment: Anyway, in Menorca, it's common during the summer season, which combines heat and humidity...it's not specific to this place; it happens all over Menorca. It's important to understand the local customs before visiting. They offer no solution. I have a phobia of these insects. They justify it by saying you have to understand the local customs. Does anyone think that's a reasonable response for a guest who comes to have a pleasant stay? In short, I absolutely do not recommend this accommodation."

"When we arrived at 13:00, our room was unfortunately not available ... At and in the pool waited until 14u. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. Unfortunately, at breakfast there is no separate hot water machine to make tea, so for tea also in the row for the coffee machine. The room was very tight at the end of the foot, and I could only walk along the side as a broad man."

"Fremragende B&B i en strategisk placering, tæt på centrum, men på en stille og rolig sidevej, tæt på både parkering og busstoppested. Værelset var rent og selv om lille, Der var plads nok til bagage og skrivebord til at bruge som støtte. Desuden var balkonen til at stå og sidde udenfor (der var et bord og to stole). Det eneste synd er den lave støjdæmpning, så et par nætter har vi hørt naboernes støj. Morgenens morgenmad er velorganiseret og ganske varieret (både sødt og saltet). En særlig henvisning til de unge på receptionen, alle meget venlige og altid tilgængelige! Vi fik en paraply til at tage til stranden, vand (gratis) til at holde i værelset hver dag, vi fik mad i lommen (ca. 10€ pr. person, med indbefattet kølepose til at tage til stranden) Og de hjalp os med flytransporten til lufthavnen. "

"Pros Nice welcome upon arrival. Good location for walk to the port/restaurants and the old town Steps or slopes down to the port - not a good location for people in wheelchairs though ( unless somebody really fit and strong is pushing the chair) or for people with mobility issues, but ok for pushchairs. Suites are enormous and spotless TV offers BBC - if that matters to you Loads of natural light and windows in our suite The Mallorca Lift right opposite us. Very fast and efficient. Our suite had a nice roof top terrace with sun beds and washing line Suntrap. Families welcome if you have young children Cleaning top notch in hotel itself (but pool needed more attention) Light airy breakfast room even though it was in the basement. Comfy seating with plenty of space. Good variety of milk options at breakfast. Cons Not good value for money, but guess you are paying for the convenience of the location. No ramp to access hotel - only steps. Swimming pool in very shady residential setting enclosed by high walls Reception Staff - some were super helpful & others disinterested in guests. Worse breakfast we had in Menorca (stayed in 5 different hotels on our recent holiday) Nothing cooked to order. Dry pastries. Even small doughnuts. were cut in half! That said staff were pleasant and regularly replenished food. Flies around the buffet, which is my pet hate. Food needs transparent covers. But orange juice was excellent. Not adult only - which is our preference. Noisy toddlers/crying and having tantrums in pool area. "

"Room 2 is perfect for the price. The kitchen is well-equipped and the common areas are tidy and clean. The location is central, with everything within a 10-minute walk. There's parking just 3 minutes away. Upon arrival, you don't have to go to reception. I like the fact that it's more independent."

"Almost perfect place to stay so a 4.5 if such a rating existed. Lovely breakfast - everything fresh and tasty. It’s a high end B&B as opposed to a hotel but that makes it feel quite special and cosy. Few things would elevate - a coffee machine in the room and bathrobes (for example). Otherwise perfect and I would definitely stay again."

"We loved our stay at Ses Talaies. It was fantastic. Amazing staff and a beautiful setting. Wonderful breakfasts, self-serve coffee machine available all day , as well as an ice machine which was a real blessing in the heat. Self serve honesty system bar was also very handy. Rooms spacious, very tastefully decorated, well air-conditioned (it was very hot while we were there) and bed very comfortable. Every detail has been thought of. The grounds and garden are lovely, the whole property is beautifully maintained and the pool was so very refreshing and lovely to laze by. The real stars of the show here though are the staff - professional but warm and friendly, very obliging and full of great local recommendations from restaurants, beaches to bars. A big shout out to Agueda and Leslie in this regard! Thank you very much for all your local intelligence and looking after us so well. If I could give 6 stars I would! Muchos gracias!"
