"The hotel was poorly prepared when we stayed there. The room was okay, the AC was cool, and they provided a drinking water dispenser, plus a smart TV. However, there was no Wi-Fi during our stay; the password was constantly incorrect, which was very inconvenient. There is a private beach and a good view from the pool to the ocean. There are two swimming pools: one for kids and one quite deep, which I appreciated. For breakfast and restaurant food, don't expect much. Not up to 3-star expectations. They often ran out of ingredients, and we couldn't order everything on the menu, so we ended up just ordering French fries and spaghetti carbonara. They cut corners on the breakfast menu and kept the same menu for the two nights we were there. The bathroom smelled bad. I had to ask for camphor, but they only gave me three small ones, so the smell persisted. Furthermore, my bathroom light kept going on and off. It made me uncomfortable every time I showered or used the toilet. The other 2 bathrooms have a toilet spray on the left side, making it difficult to clean yourself because the hose is short and cannot be moved to the right."

"Our family of 10 stayed in 2 bungalows for one night, and we wished we could have spent more time at Ketapang Resort. Located in front of a surfing beach, we had a great time enjoying the view and the amenities. The kids loved the swimming pool, the ping pong table and pool table. But the best part about the resort is the people working there. So nice and friendly, went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We had car trouble (the road there was unfinished) and they helped with repairs and even let us check out really late to deal with it. We had a problem with water pressure though, and one of the bungalows didn’t have water, so this is why I gave them 4 starts. All in all, would love to stay longer at Ketapang Resort next time we visit!"

"Hotellet var ikke klar, da vi blev der.Værelset var okay, klimaanlægget var koldt og de gav en drikbart vand, plus en smart tv. Men der var ingen WiFi under vores ophold der, adgangskoden var konstant forkert, hvilket er meget ubehageligt.Der er en privat strand, og udsigten fra poolen til havet er okay. Der er to svømmebassiner, en til børn og en mere er ret god, hvor jeg værdsætter. For morgenmad og restaurantmad forventer du ikke meget.Ikke op til tre stjerneforventninger.Normalt løber de ud af materialer, de kan ikke bestille alle tingene i restauranten, og endelig bestillede jeg bare franske fritter og carbonara spaghetti. De råbte på morgenmaden og samme menu for vores to nætter der. Badeværelset lugter dårligt, du skal bede om en porter, men lejren giver kun tre små, så det lugter stadig.Jeg er virkelig ked af, at mit badeværelse lys er slukket og tændt.Det er ubehageligt, når du tager et bad eller på toilettet. 2 andre badeværelser, toiletspray er på venstre side, så det er svært at blokere, fordi slingerne er korte, kan ikke scannes til højre hjørne."

"Tak for gæstfriheden... meget tilfredsstillende beliggenhed... Vibe er virkelig privat, havet er så roligt... For at rejse der, hvis du passerer gennem cikidang-området, skal du sørge for, at bilens tilstand er fremragende, fordi vejen er ret ekstrem, men rejsen kan kun nå 3 timer og 20 minutter fra Jakarta, hvis du passerer gennem cibadak-området, Rejsen kan nå op på fire og en halv time, men ret sikker tur.Generelt meget tilfredsstillende for familietur.Tak"
