"My stay at the 21C Museum Hotel in downtown Cincinnati was overall satisfactory in terms of cleanliness and room quality. However, I had an extremely disappointing experience that significantly impacted my trip. As someone traveling from China to Cincinnati, I relied heavily on my iPhone for essential tasks such as managing my funds and arranging transportation. Unfortunately, the charging port for iPhones in my room was broken, which I only discovered the morning after my arrival. This left me stranded without a functioning phone or any means to access my electronic funds. Considering the premium price of the hotel and its positive reviews, I was shocked to find myself in this situation. When I approached the hotel lobby for assistance and asked if I could borrow a charger, I was informed that I would need to purchase one for $20 USD. This was deeply frustrating, as my dead phone meant I couldn't access any funds, including the money required to buy a charger. I felt incredibly uncomfortable and isolated in an unfamiliar city. Fortunately, I found help at a nearby establishment, Nada, where they allowed me to charge my phone. While I am grateful for their assistance, I can't help but feel disappointed in the lack of empathy and understanding from the 21C Museum Hotel. Given the circumstances of their broken docking port, I expected more consideration and assistance. This experience has left me with a negative impression, and I would caution anyone considering this hotel to be aware of potential issues and the hotel's response to them. The situation I faced was not only inconvenient but also unnecessary, and it has unfortunately overshadowed the positive aspects of my stay."

"God beliggenhed med rolige omgivelser på trods af den store vej.Meget tæt på mange udgange i Rookwood-kommuner og paviljoner.Meget komfortabel seng.Stærk internetforbindelse.Large tv med mange kanaler. Stor og ren badeværelse. Jeg kunne godt lide at blive her. Der skal nævnes en fremragende ung medarbejder, Mike. Først kunne han ikke finde min reservation på trods af at jeg havde et bekræftet reservationsnummer.Det var senere, han besluttede at lade mig se listen over gæster ankomme den dag. Jeg indså, at mit navn var på gæstelisten, og senere indså jeg, at jeg gjorde reservationen under min kollegas navn tilfældigt uden at indse det. Takket være denne løsning kunne vi checke ind uden at skulle foretage en ny reservation og inkorporere tabet af reservationen trip.com.Han hjalp mig også med at ændre bookingsnavnet til mit navn i stedet. "The staff I encountered were lovely. From the valet to the front desk, everyone was super nice and helpful! The room was pretty small for a family of 3. It was very clean though. Bathroom was also clean. It has a sliding door that was kind of hard to open and close. It would be nice to get a list of things to do in the area. Overall, great stay."
