"I stayed at the Ivy Hotel & Spa in Yalova for one night during a business trip to Turkey, and it truly surpassed my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were outstanding, they were friendly, professional, and really cared about their guests. On the morning of July 17, my pre-booked taxi to the airport did not show up, which turned an already early start into a stressful situation. The reception team quickly arranged another taxi and made sure I got to the international airport on time. Their willingness to help made all the difference, and I cannot thank them enough. The hotel is modern, stylish, and very clean, my room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, the towels were soft, and the hotel was quiet, which allowed me to enjoy a great night's sleep. After a long day of travel and work, the pool area was the perfect spot to relax in a peaceful setting. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent. The food was hot, fresh, and very tasty and the restaurant staff were attentive and welcoming throughout the evening. Breakfast offered plenty of fresh produce, cooked and uncooked, and plenty of fruit, which was just what I needed before an early departure. I also want to highlight the coffee shop in the reception area, as the coffee was great and reasonably priced, which was a nice surprise. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, the amazing customer service, great facilities, and cleanliness made it a memorable experience. I would gladly stay at the Ivy Hotel & Spa again whenever I visit the area. Highly recommended. Perfect!"
