The private pool water was cold, not warm, so don't expect too much. I hope customer feedback and criticism can lead to improvements. 🙏🤍"

"We book 3 room. Is a non aircon room. As is very cold on top of hill area. Everything is very old including a old ctv and a small kettle with a gas heater for hot shower. The mattress not very comfortable. No swimming pool , all drain out , out of service. Didnt have a good sleep as very noisy in the evening. Nothing to eat over that area at night. So do bring or just buy cup noodles. Breakfast wasn't ready at 6am yet. Have to wait till 10am."

"PLEASE DON'T MAKE ANYONE REGRET CHOOSING A STAY HERE. ENOUGH FOR ME. THE ROOM IS DARK AND MOLDY. THE POOL IS MOLDY AND DIRTY. THE STAIRS TO THE POOL ARE HIGH AND STEEP SO IT IS DANGEROUS FOR CHILDREN. IT'S COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT IS SHOWN IN THE PHOTOS. THE TRIP PARTY ALSO DID NOT HELP ME AT ALL IN REQUESTING A CANCELLATION. EVEN THOUGH I ONLY ASKED FOR HALF. BECAUSE THIS VILLA IS REALLY SCARY. TRY TO SEE THE REVIEW ON TIKET.COM AND OTHER APPLICATIONS. THIS VILLA'S REVIEW IS VERY BAD.. I ONLY REALIZED IT AFTER I BOOKED THIS VILLA. IT'S REALLY ******* ..."

"This 3BR Villa at Ciater Highland Resort has seen its glorious days and need some facade maintenance, the villa has an unused built-in woodburning fireplace! I don't reckon what type of architecture it is...so cute! But no matter how cold the weather is in Indonesia, I never think we will ever need woodburning fireplace in the house.. hahaha. All furnitures and interior are good quality old and calming, feels like home... furthermore the spacious backyards, well maintained rooms with basic amenities provided, sparkling clean villa and well equipped kitchen was making the stay pretty much enjoyable. Please bring own food whether you want to cook yourself in the kitchen or prepared meals because Grab/Gofood is very difficult to reach the area (Tea Plantation with misty hills of Ciater, Subang). The Villa itself is very close to Ciater Highland Resort Security Gate, so it feels nice and safe even the CHR looks like an abandoned villa complex. 8 minutes away from Ciater Hot Springs and around 30 mins from Tangkuban Perahu Volcano. I would say it's a perfect gateway in Ciater area.. just don't expect any public transportation to both Hot Spring and the volcano..."
