"Everything was good but their breakfast time Indian waitress on 30th May was very rude. She ordered me like a boss with bad hand gesture to take the tray to the station where I just stand up after finishing my breakfast. This was not acceptable and very unpleasant for me. Will not recommend to have a breakfast at this hotel because of their rude Indian waitress."

"Lokaliteten blev derefter forudset.Rummet var præcis det samme som vist i annoncerne. Selv om det værelse, vi havde valgt, var lille, var det rent og det tilsluttede badeværelse var stort. Men glaspanelet, der sidder på toppen af badekarret, er ikke fastgjort, hvilket gør at komme ind og ud af røret usikkert, da glaspanelet er det eneste element, man kunne holde på for at komme ud af røret. Receptionisten var ikke for interesseret i at tage sig af hotelgæster. Men den samlede erfaring blev øget på grund af dens design/strukturens unikke karakter, en tidligere fængselsbygning.Det er fælles køkken og stueplads var et stort rum, hvor vi havde brugt lidt af vores tid. Der var også mange fælles brusere og toiletter i bygningen, som var stor, da vi fire ikke behøver kø til vaskerummet, især tidligt om morgenen."

"We had a wonderful stay at Visimo Apartments Chur and it worked perfectly for our family of five. One of the biggest highlights was the size of the apartment—it was very spacious and gave everyone plenty of room to relax, which made a big difference during our trip. The building also has an elevator, which was incredibly helpful when traveling with luggage and kids—something you don’t always find in older properties. The location couldn’t have been better, right in the heart of Chur’s charming Old Town. We were able to easily walk to restaurants, shops, and explore the area without needing transportation. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay. We would absolutely recommend it to families looking for space and a great central location."

"It was a terrible stop in Kura (there is a beer bar near the apartments and people are standing in a crowd near the entrance - and because of them, the entrance is very difficult to find! The bed linen is not ironed, wrinkled!!! And it feels like someone has already slept on it. Wi-Fi practically does not work! There is no air conditioning and it is hot at night - but it is impossible to open the window - because the crowd of noisy people does not let you sleep!!!! It was a terrible stop"

"Hotel is about 10 mins walk after getting off the Glacier Express train.Go down the ramp, turn and walk towards Gate 1, you will see a pair of escalator, go up the escalator and go straight till the yellow crossing and turn left, walk till the end and turn right, easy. Reception is a wonderful helpful lady. Supermarkets almost every corner."
