"Exceeded expectations! The room was very spacious, and Ms. Chloe was incredibly patient, professional, and generous. The bedding was comfortable, and the toiletries were good too. They offer self-service laundry and a dryer, and free parking without needing to register your license plate, which was super convenient. Definitely my top choice for travel! The restaurant staff were also very professional, and the evening porridge was wonderfully comforting. A special thank you to Chloe for helping us retrieve a forgotten hat even on her day off. Looking forward to better surroundings next year!"

The room was very spacious, and although some sugarcane had been harvested in the fields downstairs, it didn't detract from the beautiful and very therapeutic view. The thoughtful amenities provided in the room were very practical, and all the in-room facilities worked perfectly. The staff were very enthusiastic. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future!"

"We chose a parent-child room specifically for our children, and it met their expectations. The children loved the Nailong room. The hotel is new and clean, but the air conditioning in our room didn't seem to be cooling at all, just blowing air. It would be even better if the hotel could add a swimming pool, which is a must-have for summer travel with children. The front desk lady, Manman, was gentle and patient in her guidance, and even gave us a custom-made teddy bear, which the children loved."

"Everything was wonderful during our stay, and the butler service was incredibly thoughtful. All the staff were very enthusiastic, especially the guy who operated the boat and also helped with fishing – surprisingly, he's also amazing at making drinks! And the lady at the kids' club who helped with crafts was so gentle and attentive; my child absolutely loved her. But the most noteworthy person by far is Shu Ting from the restaurant. Her attentive service and incredibly strong execution skills meant she anticipated our every need and had everything perfectly prepared. A big shout-out to Shu Ting – she made this trip even more special and unforgettable! ❤️ I look forward to coming back again."

"The experience wasn't good; it didn't live up to the high ratings online. The conditions were limited; the floor was soaked after showering, and the bed was too hard, making for a poor sleep. I took a walk around the village in the morning; the villagers were kind and simple, and after observing the sugarcane fields and sugar production, I left quite early. If they want to expand and build a good reputation, the quality needs improvement."

"After some research, I learned that there are four guesthouses in the Wilderness Village. Some have better facilities and more activities, while Xikong only has a cold-water swimming pool and nothing else. The rooms are average, the shower is a bit dirty, there's a leak behind the toilet, and there's no hot tub. The guesthouse next door has a petting zoo that costs 128 yuan to visit, with several tortoises, giant tortoises, geese, rabbits, and sheep. Overall, the experience was just okay, but they do offer seasonal welcome fruit, seasonal evening desserts, and a floating afternoon tea for two."
HanTing Hotel (Chongzuo South Railway Station, Youyi Avenue)
"There are many budget hotels around the hotel, and the parking lot is spacious, but the water in front of the hotel hadn't been cleared all day. Restaurants don't seem very convenient nearby; I ordered takeout, which was delivered by robot. The hotel elevator has a card-operated system, and while there are several elevators in the lobby, other non-card-operated elevators can also be used – the card-operated system seems rather useless. I was quite satisfied with the room facilities. Check-in took a long time. The cleanliness was excellent, and the bathroom furniture and other room amenities were comfortably designed. The double bed was comfortable, but the blankets were a bit thick, making it a little hot. Using air conditioning wouldn't be very environmentally friendly."

"I was on a short business trip to Chongzuo, and of the several hotels I stayed at, this one was truly unbearable. I'm usually quite tolerant of business travel, but among all the hotels in Chongzuo, this one was exceptionally bad for its price range, especially considering it's a chain brand. It's obvious that the management is completely incompetent; there are problems in every aspect. Facilities: The pictures speak for themselves. The toilets were broken, the drain covers were warped, and it stank. The rooms are old, but even with repairs, they should at least maintain them regularly. The curtains were riddled with cigarette butt holes—are they really going to sell this to customers? Cleanliness: The pillows on the bed were filthy, as if someone had stepped on them. Don't they check these things? Is there no one supervising this? The faucets were so stained with dirt; it's clear there's absolutely no oversight, and the management is completely incompetent. Environment: I don't have high expectations, especially since I was on a business trip in Chongzuo city. Hotels have city noise, and I've stayed in almost every hotel in Chongzuo before, never complaining about minor noise issues. Service: In this respect, I can only say it's the worst hotel in Chongzuo, especially the night front desk. They showed absolutely no sense of responsibility, were lazy, and arrogant. I can't believe there are still front desk staff who act like royalty, treating you like you owe them money. Just looking at the lobby staff tells you there's a serious problem with the management. You can tell from the front-line staff whether the management is competent, whether they supervise, and whether they train. Is that so difficult? Budget hotels don't need extremely high service standards, but at least the basics should be there. Otherwise, the hotel environment in Chongzuo will only become less and less competitive. I hope you guys don't ruin the Yaste brand in Chongzuo, and I hope the regional management takes this seriously."

The location is close to a small night market and restaurants, so I don't think you'll have any trouble finding something to eat or drink. However, there don't seem to be any restaurants that serve breakfast early in the morning."

The self-service laundry room solves laundry problems during your trip; the facilities are modern and the service is attentive.
