"The staff were polite and kind. The cleaning staff greeted us with smiles from the morning. The large public bath was almost empty, allowing us to relax and enjoy it. It was clean and well-maintained. It was helpful to be able to check the congestion status of the public bath and other facilities from our room. Wi-Fi worked without any problems. The disposable slippers and free coffee service were also nice touches. The breakfast was delicious, and the location is great, so I would like to stay again."
