(Typical of the region) make sure you are clear in your request, like what type of breakfast you eat or can’t, how you like your coffee etc. It just takes some time to get to know how people are in general. Other than that I would stay in this place again because the service was very good and accommodating."

"This was my second stay here. I also visited last year. Both occasions were excellent in every way. The service from employees in all departments was perfect. A special thanks to Jhon at reception and Jennifer, who previously was a member of the housekeeping staff but now also serves and acts as a general concierge. Jhon was instrumental in arranging a personalized tour to the Lagoons of Marascon for me since I was overcoming a mild illness and felt I wouldn't be able to keep up with a group tour."
