"Every Atour I've stayed at this year has been a disappointment. 1. **Slow Service Response**: I asked for water to be sent to my room in the morning and it never arrived, even by the time I checked out in the afternoon. Two 300ml bottles of water are nowhere near enough for a summer stay. They should provide more bottles so guests don't have to keep calling for water, which would also make it easier for their staff. 2. **Terrible Breakfast**: For a room costing over 600, the breakfast was abysmal. Limited selection, unappetizing food, and tables were slow to be cleared, leading to a messy dining area. I don't expect everything to be delicious, but at least one or two palatable options would be nice. 3. **Outdated Facilities**: The room and hallway had a musty smell. The air conditioning was excessively noisy. The toilet seat had to be lifted manually, indicating a complete lack of smart features. The room TV was too small; I couldn't even read the subtitles from bed. 4. **Restaurant Staff Needs Training**: At least three different staff members asked for my room number when I entered the dining area. Couldn't they just have one person at the entrance for registration instead of repeatedly asking loudly in the dining room? It created a poor experience. The clattering of dishes while clearing was incredibly loud throughout my meal. It felt like the staff was venting their anger on the cutlery. They really need to improve their service quality. Overall, the service quality, outdated facilities, and dining quality all need significant improvement. Atour has been consistently declining in multiple aspects over the past few years."

"The hotel's decor and service are definitely on par with a 4-star, almost 5-star, standard. Breakfast was good too, and the front desk service was particularly excellent. I was also very satisfied with the room's facilities, including its size and amenities."
