"The hotel is located on the banks of the Wulie River, near the district government, and there is free parking. Outside the window of the viewing room, the green mountains and green waters in the distance, the traffic is busy nearby, and the natural wind and fireworks are separated by a Wulie River. When strolling along the river, I also took a photo of the hotel on the other side of the river. Facilities: relatively new. Hygienic: Very clean. Environment: Quiet at night. Service: First class at the front desk."

"I came to Chengde on behalf of my children and stayed at the Lavande Hotel in Waiba Temple. It is very close to the Chengde Museum of Puning Temple Summer Resort. The room is still purple as always, very clean and warm, and the whole house is smart. The layout of this Lavande hotel is very interesting. There is a shadow in the room, which separates the bed and the washing area. It is very interesting. I will stay here again next time."

A staff member kindly helped me with my luggage and escorted me to my room, which was a very thoughtful touch after a long journey. This level of service continued throughout my stay, with all employees being courteous and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, providing a great night's sleep every night. Everything was in good working order, and the room was quiet, allowing for perfect rest. The hotel's location was convenient for my needs, making it easy to explore the area. I would highly recommend the Chengde Sophia Hotel to anyone visiting the city. It offers great value, comfort, and, most importantly, exceptional and friendly service. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip to Chengde."
