Leonardo Hotel Cheltenham ★★★★

📍 Gloucester Rd, Cheltenham

"Great hotel and location on the outskirts of Cheltenham with leisure facilities which sadly I didn't have time to use. The room was spacious, well equiped, clean and with the added bonus of a window that opens for fresh air. The hotel wifi was excellent and no issues with streaming a live football match (my team won!). There is a very large car park which has barriers for entry and exit. There is a charge to use the car park which is a shame given it is not a city centre location. Overall, excellent hotel and will certainly return when on business in September."

📍 Bayshill Rd, Cheltenham

"The hotel itself is good. The phone number and email address provided by Ctrip are not mine. I guess they made some money. If you can book a hotel yourself in the future, don't go through Ctrip."

"Smukt boutique hotel har vi boet et par gange.Service er gået lidt ned i årene, men stadig på den gode side, vil jeg sige.Begrænset parkering og opkrævning.Ingen elevator eller AC i bygningen.Jeg kan lide den store komfortable seng og massivt badeværelse. Breakfast er stadig topkvalitet.Børn er ikke frie til at spise her.Generelt er det stadig et godt valg, hvis du kan booke det i ikke-top tid til en billigere pris."

Premier Inn Cheltenham North West Hotels in Cheltenham

Premier Inn Cheltenham North West

"The place is freezing. Heat is thermostatically controlled and you can’t turn it up to be warm because it’s locked. TV also locked. It cannot be heard? I’m not kidding? DB METER read 34decibels from the tv? FGS? Flowers make more noise!! Food was awful! The wait for service at the bar was ridiculous. It was unmanned? I was told they were busy and the food would be a long time? There were fifteen people in the whole place? I was told to wait 90 minutes before dinner would be available. When it did arrive it was warm and poor. Staff were toothless and nose-ringed. Hardly spoke, were very unwelcoming and rather dull in reception. The “person” in the reception couldn’t tie a bloody shoelace! Honestly! 🙄 It’s not like this is a unique experience in this brand of hotel!"

"Stayed here as a stop over on our way to Chester. The room was lovely, cool, very clean and set up for a family. The location is absolutely perfect, plenty of shops and restaurants around. There's also a soft play about a 3 minute walk which was perfect for us as our little one needed to burn some energy after a long drive!"

Queens Hotel Cheltenham ★★★★
"Excellent value for a Suite. The room was very generously sized with a complimentary soft drinks mini bar. The bed was extremely comfortable and everywhere was immaculately clean. Very helpful staff. On site parking at a reasonable £17 for 24 hours with cctv. The inclusive breakfast was varied and tasty with high quality produce. This was our 5th stay and we shall definitely use the hotel again."
