Reviews aren't just about facilities or services, but also about customer service and empathy, and this accommodation certainly leaves much to be desired."

"Comfy bed and pillows, good noise cancellation, me and my mom had a good night sleep at the hotel. Staff were useful, helping us with the taxis and recommended of places to go. We had lunch at the restaurant downstairs, the food was great and tackled the local cuisine, try the shrimp curry! Room was clean. Would def stay here again if I ever visit Chau Doc."
