"Our honeymoon trip to the Mekong Delta was unforgettable, largely thanks to Chau Pho Hotel. It is easily the best hotel in Chau Doc! The location is perfect, making it incredibly easy to walk to the local market and explore the nearby temples. Our room was spotlessly clean, very quiet, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable for a great night’s sleep. What truly stands out is the staff—their warm hospitality and helpful tour advice made us feel so special. The delicious breakfast was the perfect bonus. We highly recommend this wonderful gem for anyone looking for a perfect vacation."

"Stayed at hung cuong hotel for 8 nights. My feedback during the stay as below. Positive feeedback: 1. Clean Room 2. All the facilities in the room well maintained 3. Beautiful Bathroom 4. Comfortable bed and pillow. 5. Bottle water provided daily Negative feedback: 1. Lots of Lizard's (inside and outside the room) 2. Bed comforters are too small for 2 person 3. Television channels are not clear. Bad pictures. 4. Staff at hotel doesn't speak english. Very hard to communicate. 5. Security and CCTV are not well observed. Had difficulty to sleep at night due to a stranger knocked the door 2AM at night two days in the row. Called reception and was told no one outside the door and no action was taken. Checked CCTV the day after and realize there was a drunk guy with bare foot standing outside the room knocking the door."

"We had a reservation but had to cancel it because a week before our trip we realized that we couldn't cross the land border into Cambodia with an eVisa. We notified the accommodation one day after the free cancellation period had ended, and they were neither empathetic nor helpful. A real shame. Reviews aren't just about facilities or services, but also about customer service and empathy, and this accommodation certainly leaves much to be desired."
