"I've never encountered such a terrible front desk staff member. Her name should be Chastity, and she had the worst service I've ever experienced in any hotel. Her attitude made me feel like she was the customer. After checking in, she gave me the last room on the second floor. When I went in, I smelled an unpleasant odor. I asked if there were any rooms available and if I could change rooms. She said it was the smell of disinfectant and assumed I was being difficult. After a while, she said there was a room on the first floor. I went to check, but the window faced the parking lot, so I quickly decided to choose the second-floor room. But she told me in a very contemptuous tone to consider staying at another hotel. I emphasized again that I had chosen a room on the second floor, so why should I change to another hotel? She said in a high-pitched voice that it was "to give you better service." She was truly disgusting. I will never stay at this hotel again! Every day I stayed there was traumatizing. I should have moved out the moment she said that, instead of staying there."
